I had placed an order of a product called Stravex last August 18, 2025. Unfortunately, up to this day of October 1, 2025, no product has reached me.

Despite constant empty promises of coordination from their Customer Support and new tracking links, nothing changed - product hasn't arrived still, and the tracking link showed movement in their China's hub only.

I had requested for a refund, but let us see if they will return the amount or they will just show their real dubious identities as con artists.

If I could score less than one I would. Believe the product sent was a scam, advertised fantastic results and would have been happy with a slight result. Package arrived with out instruction leaflet or any medical backup, I have reached out to them twice to be probed off. I would recommend everyone avoid this organisation

I have been using Trim Patch, it is curbing my instinct to binge eat, so I have lost 1 stone so far. My only complaint is that the delivery time is quite long.

Like others on here I bought their Scratch Erase “Treasure” which was supposed to be a spray but arrived in a small plastic bottle with a pathetic tiny poor quality sponge to apply the liquid. HowI wish I had found these reviews before hand! Supposedly 60% off at £34.99- an absolute joke. My car only had superficial scratches which are easily hidden by Tcut but this promised so much more. Well I have a WHITE car and this rubbish only made them look more obvious and not only that, it didn’t match the white colour!
When I complained they told me that I have to pay to ship back to China or I can have a 20% refund. I took the 20% because as they no doubt expect the hassle is just not worth it.

They trade as Astrid Pedersen to give them credibility but they are actually a Hong Kong Chinese company. STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!

The received product have not live up to the promised result. No results at all. Wasted money.

WASTE OF MONEY. Ordered ScratchErase at a cost of almost £35.00 only to get Scratch Treasure. The original product showed it being used as a SPRAY on all colours of car. What I received was a flimsy SPONGE. Having heard back from the sellers, I was told that this product is only suitable for use on WHITE cars! Mine is silver and this does not remove even the most minor scratches. Once again, misrepresentation and being offered a 20% discount is simply not good enough. AVOID THIS COMPANY OR PAY FOR SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS.

I’ve been using just a small amount each day, and my skin already looks firmer and more radiant. It feels like my skin drinks it up instantly, leaving no greasy layer behind. It’s perfect for layering under my makeup too. I’ve tried many serums, but this one truly feels different. Will definitely continue using it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , they sell useless dangerous products and you will stand ABSOLUTLEY NO CHANCE of getting a refund …DO NOT BELIEVE THIER FAKE PROMISES !!! Haven’t noticed any difference. Nearly used a whole bottle, I am 65 so may be it will take longer!

I saw a very impressive video about ‘NoSag’ which implied that the item would improve skin and actually help to reduce ‘bingo wings’. I purchased 2 tubes which strangely, when delivered, were no longer called NoSag and the tubes and packaging had no mention of the description in the video, which by the way, disappeared around the same time. I queried this and received a very patronising response which gave a nonsensical explanation of the change. I also raised the fact that the tubes did not contain 100ml but didn’t get an answer on that one. I persevered for 4 weeks, following the instructions to the letter. Absolutely no improvement. I contacted the company and again, was brushed off. The implication being that I couldn’t have followed their directions - apply twice a day - and results were also dependent on ‘personal circumstances’! I was extremely annoyed (partly at myself) for being duped out of £35 for a very basic moisturiser. They respond very quickly to emails but they are obviously trained to be extremely patronising and obtuse in their replies. They acknowledge no criticism and just give out bland responses taking no responsibility for their appalling products. 73% customer dissatisfaction isn’t anything to be proud of is it?

The packaging was awful and had been badly battered. The products were not broken though.i could not give the boxes as presents. I’m very disappointed with the product itself. They look cheap. When I go. Out to buy batteries I’ll be able to test them

I ordered skin patches for weight loss and followed the instructions exactly for 3 months. I don't think the patches are impregnated with anything as I weigh exactly the same! I think the product is a money making fraud and incidentally is also sold on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed!

It is very sticky like a honey product & I had to let it soak into skin before able to put clothes against it. I will not buy again.

This is a scamming site what i ordered and what I got was totally different what I ordered was quite expensive what I got was cheap and nothing like i ordered. It took ages to arrive I was given a date for delivery but it never arrived till 2 weeks later. Can’t get a refund as it cost even more than I paid for the product PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is still advertising Glow Essence after they claim it has been rebranded and renamed as West Month. How do they get away with this, surely this is false advertising and against the law. I have sent numerous emails to them complaining and even had PayPal involved (useless) but they still send me promotional emails about this product which now has a different name according to them. I received this just a few days ago!

I never even got the product! I got three photos supposedly showing "Proof of Delivery". TWO had NOTHING that looked like a parcel and one had what might be the edge of a small parcel, with NO idea of the name & address. Fortunately I know my Consumer Rights -- this will be my 30th Disputed Purchase Claim in 23 years of shopping online.

They sent a product I hadn’t ordered, would only refund me if I returned the goods to China at my expense. A complaint email was replied to by a clearly pre-prepared response email with an offer of a 20% discount, this rose to just over 30% when I declined the 20%. I have come across this practice with another Chinese outlet. I’m off to contact Trading Standards ( go via Citizens Advice) to report this business. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

FALSE ADVERTISING Please do not waste your hard earned money on this company.... Fraudsters. Products sent were not as advertised and had completely different ingredients.
When I asked for a full refund... No they couldn't do that... I was offered to buy something else from their website....No thanks

Product expectations are greatly exaggerated, ingredients are not listed on the bottle, and the ingredients that are listed are pointless, waste of money 😡

I ordered a product which arrived timeously and all seemed good until I opened the package.
What was inside was not what I ordered. The capsules were a generic product with zero health benefits - not at all what I had ordered.
An absolute scam.
When contacting support they said the product needs to be returned to China for a refund. Zero chance of recovering any money from these con artists.
Beware of this site. Do not buy from them.
