I watched a very long video of Adele flogging this product. She was saying how great it was and how she went into partnership with a Dr to bring a product to people with weight problems that have tried everything to lose weight. They wanted to stop the big pharma's from getting rich off of overweight people. They said the big pharma's have a cure but they don't want to give it to people because then they won't make millions from return purchases. Adele and the Dr said that this product would be a cure that you wouldn't have to keep taking for it to work. Well that so wrong. Firstly this product doesn't work. I took it for 3 months and nothing happened. Then when you read the information, it says it will continue to work as long as you keep taking it! What a big rip off. I'm so disappointed in Adele. I feel like I have been taken advantage of because I believed Adele, thinking that she was a genuine person who wanted to help those who are overweight, like she was. She's just in it for the money. Shame on you, Adele.

This is nothing more than a vitamin, when they call you to explain how it works, the woman literally wanted $2k for the year.. what? Never in the commercial did they say you needed all these other add ons for you to get the weight loss you want! As soon as I said I just bought 6 months worth of these and don’t have any more money! She said “Good bye” what a scam!! 😡😡

I order LipoVive since October 8, 2025, as of today Feb. 5, 2026 I didn't received any product, I have been calling and sending emails to get my money back without any luck. They had me fill out a form, but no response. I am on disability pension is was $687.00 Canadian dollars, which wsd $487 USD. I try calling the 1-970-406-7582 that number doesn't allow from where I am calling in Toronto. Please help this company has scammed me my money.

Took lipovive for the full six months, NEVER LOST ONE KILO. WHen I purchased product it went to BuyGoods. They have been helpful and was given Refund. Product did not work for me. I don't understand as I wasn't eating rubbish, and folks were saying they were eating pizzas and other crop. Their clothes were falling off them. I just don't get it.

I watched the seemingly convincing very long video before purchasing 6 bottles. What a complete scam. 3 bottles in and not any weight loss!
Total scam and obviously AI generated using celebs like Adele and Oprah to promote. I would be interested to know if that is genuine?

I cancelled my order within 24hr because I discovered I was serverely allergic to an ingredient that wasn't disclosed on their ad or their emails. it was only due to my own research that I discovered this. They advised me to return the product and until they received it I wouldn't receive my refund. Fast forward 3months, product returned and now and they are only agreeing to a 70% refund or none at all stating that their policy is a 60day guarantee.

Oprah promised that this product would have you lose weight immediately & had to be careful not to lose too much. Well, that being said, I didn't lose at all. Of course, I purchased the 3 month supply (3bottles). The money back return policy, is 60 days, so I can't get my money back. Do not believe anything they say, it doesn't work!

This company are scammers. The product did nothing for me. When I contacted them after taking the product for 2 months, they asked me to continue for longer. A month later when I asked for a refund they asked me to complete a form online to apply. When nothing happened I contacted them again and they asked me to complete the same form again. Still nothing and now they are no longer replying to emails !!!!

Watched a video with singer Adele saying how she lost the weight within a few short weeks and she was really big and lost it and she said she took these capsules Lipovive. Well I have not lost any weight, therefore the whole thing is one BIG SCAM!!! Don’t waste your money !!

Have taken lipovive for 5 mths to finish off my supply, diet and exercise regimen as poor normal, have noticed no weight loss, pretty certain now that the endorsement by Oprahwas AI generated, very disappointed.

SCAM- same as everyone is saying. Well executed AI advertising and Claire "Bot". They said following long emails back and forth they'd return 40% of the price- also NOT honouring the 100% guarantee. I ended up only getting 30%! They sent me an email wanting feedback and when I questioned them not even honouring the 40% back, they had been no correspondence since. Liars and scammers.

I tried to look online for reviews on trustpilot before buying and couldn't find any reviews- now there seem to be loads. DON'T get sucked into the hype via their many links!

Will not provide instructions to return product. AI generates customer email replies. Offered 70% then 30% refund. Did not honor the advertised guarantee of money back, no questions asked. Rotten company with bogus product

Thompson advised me to try longer as I was still in my 90 day refund policy,after that I got back to her she agreed to refund me

Went into my bank account I emailed many times,Claire said she would escalate to their finance team after two weeks I contacted Claire again but all correspondence stopped, please don’t get sucked in like I did it’s a scam it does not

I purchased this product with high hopes. Unfortunately it did nothing for me. I reached out within their 60 day money back guarantee and was talked into trying for another 30 days. Their customer service representative told me that she would give me 90 days to ensure I had enough time to return the product. After another 30 days the results hadn't changed. I tried for over a month to get my refund, I was finally told I send the unused bottles back. No where did they say the refund would be prorated based on the number of bottles sent back. Even their own representative did not provide accurate information which I had in writing. I would not purchase anything from this company or believe in their money back guarantee, they are not to be trusted.
