I'm glad to say that the assistance provided was great. However the chat feature appears not optimised for Android devices.! Specifically the text input box is unresponsive to the phone's keyboard causing the typed text to be hidden and making it difficult to communicate effectively.

I kindly request to reintroduce the previous payment method as I found it more convenient to use apple pay for my last purchase due to its 0 commission fees., However the current payment system imposes a charge for 3rd-party service which results in additional costs.
