I initially ordered the Water Wave texture, but unfortunately, the hair did not look like the photos advertised and appeared very frizzy right out of the package. I exchanged it for the Deep Wave texture, hoping for better quality, but was met with the same issue—excessive frizz. After washing the hair, I noticed significant shedding, and the frizz remained unmanageable despite my efforts.

As a first-time customer, I was genuinely disappointed with the quality and expected a better product. I even requested that they send a better-quality bundle, but my concerns were not fully resolved.

That said, their customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the exchange process, and the shipping was impressively fast. The hair was also true to length and density, which I appreciated.

Overall, while the customer service and delivery were excellent, I would not recommend this hair due to the poor quality and high maintenance required.

I’m beyond disappointed with this wig. I had high expectations based on Asteria’s reputation for curly hair, but this is by far the worst curly wig I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve worn and maintained curly wigs for years, and I also have natural curly hair, so I know how to care for textured hair, but nothing could save this one.

Within just 3 to 4 days, the tangling became unbearable. No matter how often I detangled and refreshed it with water, it would knot up again within 10 minutes. The back matted so badly that the wig became stiff and unwearable. I tried everything, deep conditioning three times, adding and omitting oils, experimenting with different product amounts, including leave-in conditioners, curl creams, gels, and serums. Nothing worked.

This hair is clearly over-processed. It has no elasticity or softness, just excessive dryness and tangling. And let’s not forget the awful fishy smell, it took ages to wash out! At £200, I expected at least a few weeks of quality wear, not a wig that barely lasted a few days before becoming unmanageable.

If you’re looking for a long-lasting curly wig, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This one is not it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I always ordered from this website, but this was a travesty for my birthday. I ordered a 22-inch 5x5 lace and high density and received a thin shedding 20-inch or less wig, and the color is in patches. I contacted the support team. Not only did they call me by the wrong name like they copied and paste a response, but the told me that will not refund me even after my suggestion of returning it, because they claimed I did it because they “did not send it out in that state that it’s in.” Even after me stating that I did an unveiling video to find my wig like this, that I will share on platforms. I will NEVER order from this place again! Do not waste your money! I paid over $330 for this bullshit that I can’t even wear!

The wig has some terrible hair. It will not hold a curl, the texture is horrible like doll hair, it's also very thin. The reviews are lies! Also Asteria hair does not honor your points. They will state that you can use the points on your next order.

Just what I wanted, hair just like advertised. Super fast service. After previous bad experiences with other companies Asteria Hair has restored my faith in online hair business.

This hair company is very communicative and does well in keeping you informed with your order. I ordered my hair on July 6th and it was supposed to come on the 11th, but it actually came on the 10th! I was shocked at how quick it took to come and it wasn’t even an expedited order. I was a little nervous on how long it would take being that this is my bday hair lol, but Asteria Hair is the truth yall!!

Great Customer Service and this is quality hair and worth the price. The shipping is fast and they answer back to you quickly. I would definitely recommend if you need a nice full wig that actually lasts.
