I am extremely disappointed…
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Asteria Hair. I paid a lot for a wig that was explicitly promised to have bleached knots, yet the product I received clearly does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
The HD lace is poor quality and very different from the photos, making the wig unusable.
I find it outrageous that their “solution” is to offer a $10–15 partial refund - this is an insult given the amount I spent. Despite repeated requests, the company refuses to honor a proper return and refund, instead pressuring me to keep a product that does not match what was advertised.
I will be returning the wig due to its poor quality, and I expect a full refund. I strongly believe that any return shipping costs should not fall on me, as the issue is entirely due to the product not meeting the promised specifications.
Despite repeated requests, the company has not offered an adequate solution. This has been a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this seller.
Your answer is:
"Since you personally do not like the wig, the shipping cost should be on your end, hope get your understanding."
I DO NOT LIKE THE WIG, BECAUSE THE KNOTS ARE NOT BLEACHED - AS I ORDERD AND PAID FOR!

Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My first order with them they lost my order and by the time I was offered a reship the reason why I needed the hair had passed. They then offered me a partial refund as I wanted my money back which would mean I would lose out on money so I agreed to receive the hair again. MASSIVE MISTAKE, I should’ve never ordered from this place the hair I purchased was terrible, tried curling the hair it didn’t hold for more than a minute, tried to straighten it the hair started burning when my straighter wasn’t even on high heat. The hair kept tangling that meant I just couldn’t do nothing with it so I removed my install after 2 days. Overall I’m just soo annoyed and disappointed and the team over there is talking to me like this is my first time using weave or human hair extensions. The hair I purchased isn’t real human hair it’s giving synthetic. Please beware if you have any problems you’ll not get your money back. I’ll taking this legally because they are refusing to refund me when the hair isn’t being sold as described.

We assure you that we only sell 100% real human hair, and we sincerely hope that you can provide us with the photos so that we can assist you and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Initially, customer service was responsive and helpful. However, once my order was delivered to the wrong address, the experience became extremely disappointing.
When I contacted the company for assistance, I was given inconsistent information, including phone numbers that did not resolve the issue. I was also told that FedEx had been contacted, but after following up, it appears no meaningful action was taken. I paid for shipping insurance through the website, yet I have not received a clear explanation as to why I am not being reimbursed or sent a replacement.
This occurred in December, prior to Christmas, and I never received the wig in time for the holidays. It is now February, and I have still not received either the product or compensation for the $400 purchase.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution and accountability.

IMPROVEMENT NEEDED
I've purchased 3 wigs from them and always order body wave. The hair is gorgeous but the only problem I have is that the curls drop out within a week and I had really hoped it would hold the curls permanently or a lot longer. I've also tried using curling tongs and cannot seem to get the hair to curl. If Asteria could recommend a wig that holds the curls or advise me what to do because I really love the hair.

Our body wave wigs are 100% human hair, which means the curls are natural and may loosen over time, especially with washing or daily wear. To help the curls last longer, we recommend lightly re-curling with a 160–180°C curling iron and using a bit of light hairspray or styling mousse. Always curl in small sections from the mid-length to ends, and avoid high heat to protect the hair.
If you’d like, we can also suggest wig styles with tighter curl patterns that hold longer and give a more defined look. 💖

I love my hair
I bought my hair and received it in just 3 days. Which was so convenient and fast. I was looking for a specific hair color that I couldn’t find anywhere but here! I’m a person who does their research and the hair was full and long. Just a beautiful unit overall! Even my stylist wanted my wig lol. NEVER BUY WIG FOR THIS COMPANY. They sold a synthetic hair to me and collected over £300 from me. They lied that the hair they were sending was 100% real human hair. Up till now they have not cancelled my payment plan on Paypal. I have evidences to prove this. I will not let it go until my payment plan is cancelled. They will reply to this email and deny this claim but trust me this wig company sold a synthetic hair for me as my birthday wig. They are not transparent enough and with the evidences i have, i will not stay silent. I am so pained that i am being ignored by this same wig company. I sent the video to them to prove it is synthetic but still, they refused to acknowledge my view as a customer.
