Aspire is surprisingly easy to use and just works without any drama. Solid, reliable, and honestly a bit refreshing.

I liked the quick, kind and helpful support I received. I also like the idea of a personal support person for the first 30 days - awesome!
What can be improved:
1. clarity of the application process for organisations like registered society. This type of organisation doesn't appear in the drop down menu and it was confusing how to go about opening an account.
2. It will be helpful to have correct definitions of the roles and responsibilities of officers in registered societies on the account dashboard.

handling the software is very easy and smooth

Few days in, seems like a great solution, especially after unpleasant experiences with similar services such as Airwallex. Really great and fast on onboarding and comprehensive ux in the app

Onboarding took super long, there were piecemeal request for documents, and the requirements for the documents changed at every turn even weeks after the first request. Confusing and very delayed, replies was slow, and review was very slow too, w disappointing.

Working with Aspire had been a refreshing change from traditional banks. Their service has been great, very responsive and helpful.

They are attentive and give quick and accurate support.

The app in itself is okay. Very convenient to create multiple bank accounts in multiple currencies across borders. I would have given 5 stars if:
1. The promotions are totally honest. There are tons buried in the fine print, and the signal it sends me is that i will trust for you to be my wallet in the short-term, but not trustworthy enough to be my vault in the long-term.
2. Promotions are skewed towards SG-based transactions using SGD. It is a globally capable fintech solution that enables convenient cross-border currency exchange, but it will only be my preferred choice for SGD based transactions.
