Businesses beware.

We've never had an issue with Aspire until today. We've been making regular payments to our accounting and business advisory firm for 2 years. This was now recently flagged and deemed high risk. Like what? They cannot even give us an explanation on what was deemed as suspicious or what policy we broke. Very inconvenient as we then had to update our clients with new invoices with a new bank account. If you're a business I would consider using someone else at the risk of looking unprofessional to them. Not even a review or a discussion where we can appeal or explain what the transactions is for. We had invoices and receipts.

Other than that, it was rather easy to use, but the platform is buggy at times. Good luck.

Great and speedy customer service

Ever since opening my account with Aspire, I've gotten super prompt help and responses for all my questions and doubts. I want to make sure all my transactions are done the right way for accounting / tax purposes, and TBH my questions may seem a little unnecessary or overboard, but Aspire has been super responsive all the way. Really appreciate how smooth my journey has been with Aspire.

Started well but USD service is awful

Started well but they over reached by promising to set up a USD account which has been a complete failure, bounced incoming payments with no explanation after over a dozen emails, massive charges just to receive incoming transfers. So disappointing after a great start

Lost a company payment .terrible…

Lost a company payment .terrible communication throughout and no offer of compensation.

This was now six months ago and still no resolution. Causing issues with suppliers.

Not very responsive to customers

Made an application to open a second account and the record of the application suddenly disappeared from my app about a week later. No communication at all from the company. When I spoke to customer service they said the application was rejected because of compliance but did not give any more info. There were other problems also, I do not trust that they are right for my business so I decided to close my account with them.

Rude and unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional and non-transparent experience.

I applied to open a corporate account with Aspire after receiving initial approval messages. Out of nowhere, the application was rejected with the vague statement that it “exceeds their risk appetite.” No details, no explanation, no opportunity for clarification — just a template email hiding behind “compliance reasons.”

This is not how a serious financial institution should operate. Transparency and communication are basic expectations, especially for a licensed entity handling corporate accounts. I maintain accounts with several international banks, none of which have ever handled clients this way.

Aspire may look modern on the surface, but the lack of accountability and opaque compliance process make it impossible to recommend them for any serious business. Proceed with caution.

Terrible experience as a business owner…

Terrible experience as a business owner – funds went missing and zero accountability

I run several restaurants in Singapore and have been using Aspire for business banking. Last week, I made a PayNow transfer from my OCBC business account to pay for employee salaries — the transaction went through successfully on my end, yet Aspire later informed me it was “rejected.” The problem is that the money never came back.

OCBC confirmed they did not receive it, Aspire says it was rejected, but nobody can tell me where my money actually is. I’ve been trying to get a response since Friday, sending multiple emails and follow-ups, but received no clear explanation. As of Monday, the funds have been missing for days — which directly impacts my ability to pay staff and operate my business.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of urgency or accountability from Aspire’s support team. When you’re running a business, you expect your financial partner to be responsive and reliable — Aspire has proven to be neither.

I would strongly advise any business owner to think twice before trusting Aspire with their company’s funds. I’ll be closing my account with them as soon as they return my money and moving to a traditional bank instead.

On their website, Aspire claims they are “on a mission to reinvent business finance.”
If losing track of a customer’s money and providing no answers is what “reinventing finance” means — then mission accomplished.

Smooth sailing and great support

I've been using Aspire for years since the beginning of my company, and things have been great. I recently had some problem with transferring money and Hanin from Aspire helped resolved the issue within a day, during a Saturday even!

Aspire has a great website and app, and it also integrate with Wise so money transfer is super fast. Neobanks are the real deal.

Two Thumbs up Service

The services rendered is top notch. It's awesome that this is a 1 stop shop for all my business related trackings and arrangements. I like that we have 1 platform to tender to all my needs and that it can be easily accessible in 1 app itself. The help desk is also very helpful when faced with hiccups to which they attended swiftly.
