I found Aspect Group Services to be a very professional company with all individuals that I came in to contact with having excellent communication and customer care ,be that the original site visit to quote for the works, the office regarding start dates and people to talk to regarding the works, to the site manager once works commenced, all outstanding.
Previously I had heard some horror stories regarding roofing companies, however I found the experience with Aspect Group Services exemplary from start to finish.I would highly recommend them

Called this company, based on the reviews of others. Appointment was made for qualified roofer to come out to identify where our leak was coming from - our builder who installed the new roof less than 2 years ago was at his wits end. The gentleman who attended was polite, professional and found the issue within an hour. This company charged a reasonable rate for the call out and leak detection service and were absolutely transparent on pricing.

Aspect Group Services was excellent from start to finish. They started on the date we was given and completed the work in excellent time. The standard of work we could not fault. They also left everywhere neat and tidy on completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Aspect Group Services to anyone.

Did some roofing repairs and loft work. Polite and professional, clean and tidy workmanship. The loft work was not very pleasant to do but the man who carried it out did very well in a confined space.
Would definitely use their service again.

Well organised from start to finish. Roofers took great care and consulted at every stage. Done with a minimum of disruption.

From start to finish Aspect kept us updated of all developments. All workmen, including the sub-contractors, were a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the workmanship was first class. Any problems identified during the works were rectified promptly. We feel confident our roof has been redone to a high standard and our surveyor was well satisfied with the job they had done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else.

Excellent quality of roofing work. Some issues with damage to items on site and a dramatic increase in the originally quoted price. In addition, the roof was left uncovered for several days during torrential rain.

Great help organising the time around our wedding, very good work done, personable work force, perfect after sales.

Called in early straight after the bank holiday when we noticed a leak from our ceiling. We had a call back immediately and someone with us by 9am that same day! Our roof has now been repaired all within a day. Amazing service, would definitely recommend!

Aspect Roofing Services saved our Bacon !!!! , after a complete Reroof from another company in Norwich , we found out that the whole job was a Bodge and subsequent surveys by Broadland District Council Inspectorate and a Surveyor said it all had to be done again !! .
So who do you trust !!! , well after being recommended by our Surveyor , we chose Aspect Group Services and there Roofing Services as they are RCIS Approved .

Right from the initial visit to survey the job , to the end result , we have been treated with such a calming wonderful firm who have been truly professional and there work is perfection !!! .

No filth and Mess all kept to a minimum too !! But most of all the Perfect job .

I would recommend this firm to anyone and only wish we had used them in the first place !! .

Excellent profesional approach and attention to detail; tiles and gutters fixed. No need for scaffolding. The quote was for repairs and not more than I expected might be needed and better than I feared it might be. The roofer fixed minor problems (e.g. loose plaster) as he found them without cost which was greatly appreciated.

A really good job from beginning to end. I was looking for re-felting & battening my tiled roof, re-felting the flat roofs on extension and upper conversion (insulating and re-boarding) and replacing soffits (existing asbestos), fascia, and guttering etc. Also repointing the chimney stack. My initial enquiry was answered quickly, and a detailed survey was carried out. Aspect carried out a gas survey (heating system vents through roof), and took before and after readings. The gas guy marked the vent pipes to show any movements, and these were checked at the end of each day. They delivered a port-loo for the roofers. The work coincided with some extreme weather which held up progress, but even without the tiles in place, I had no leaks - they made sure that everything was secure. At the end of the work, it was inspected by the project manager, and a return visit to clear up any debris, and clean dust from windows etc was offered. Service was polite and professional.

The service we have received from Aspect Roofing is excellent. The project run completely to the agreed time schedules, and every arrangement was managed by the project team, we did not need to do anything ourselves. Our roof was re-felted and some remedial repairs were needed, we were informed of the extra work needed immediately and an estimate of the extra cost which was minimal. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
