this company misadvertises. Even if you wait the 14 day period they call everything pre- existing. Denied all our claims trying to say they were pre existing. if your pet had a body before INSURANCE ITS PREEXISTING!!
THEY SUCK!

I'm writing this review in hopes of getting better customer service (someone please respond to my emails and explain why my claim was denied). My dog had an accident and was injured. I pay for an accident-only policy. What is the point of paying for insurance if applicable reimbursements are denied? Very frustrated and upset that I have huge out of pocket expenses- this is exactly what I was trying to avoid when I purchased this pet insurance policy!

I have been paying insurance for 6 years and the first time I need it ... They pay nothing. It is a joke. I submitted over $1300.00 in bills and they approved ZERO that's right nothing!

I submitted a first time claim on my cat, Tiberius …he’s never had a health problem in 13 years. I was concerned that my claim was going to be delayed because of an auto generated email asking for all my cats history. He doesnt have any past incidents or vet visits documented. But Gelo, the customer service representative, I spoke with resolved my concern immediately. He was assuring, considerate and a great representative for ASPCA Pet Insurance.
I am very happy with the way the process is going and ASPCA Pet Insurance.
Thank you.

They are responsive to claims processing and I haven't had a denial yet. I also enjoy being able to pay for my policy on a yearly basis instead of monthly. It is the nature of the beast, but I still don't understand why I can't raise my policy's limit. Inflation can raise the cost of doing business, but not my coverage.

Long wait on hold wasn't ideal but the rep offered to call me back and took care of my issue without any further difficulty

A waste of time and money with this company. Go with another pet Insurance that actually cares about your pet with cheaper insurance and better coverage.

We truly love the coverage that we have for our puppy, and we wouldn't ever consider switching to another company. The turn around for claims is quick, the app and claim submission is easy to navigate, and it is accepted by many providers. ASPCA is truly wonderful!

I just filed my first Insurance Claim with my mobile app and it was very easy. I have 2 cats with 2 claims to file and it took like 4 mins.
