I accidentally ordered 2 things totally…
I accidentally ordered 2 things totally forgetting about the discount code, and later on I realised I wanted to add another item, so I emailed Askari and they are quickly amended my order, added my discount code, and also added another item on top of all my requests!
So now instead of paying a full price for 3 items, I received 3 items with discount + 1 extra item!
What an incredible company.
You can clearly see there are genuine people behind this business that will go extra mile for their customers.
And for that, I will stay a loyal fan to Askari, other firms should learn this type of customer service.
