Errol came highly recommended to us by two people who had used Ashby Mortgages prior. I cannot recommend Errol enough. From start to finish, Errol was knowledgeable, efficient and always at the end of the phone/email! What ended up being a much longer process than anticipated (due to sellers) one thing that remained reliable and trusted though out was the service provided by Ashby Mortgages. Anything that needed sorting on the mortgage front was done efficiently and promptly. Errol always went above and beyond. We were recommended by a friend to go with Errol who has now has his support on their second home! Truely supportive, helpful and has your back the whole way through it. We had a bumpy road (due to sellers) and he really went the extra mile and supported us for the whole 11 months it good. As first time buyers i found the idea of buying a house scary but no question was silly or too small for Errol, really lovely person and couldnt recommend him more! Where to begin with Errol...my partner and I couldn't have got through this stressful and tedious process without him! It took us quite literally a year to finally find, exchange and complete on a house we loved and Errol was fantastic throughout.
