As always the service from Ascotts is second to none! From the girls on the front desk always greeting me with a smile to the sales team and all the boys, from fitters to body shop and everyone ready to help and answer any question. I’ve been a customer for over 38 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Booked in for a Service and MOT and pre Overhaul inspection I arrived at 7am and was told that the Taxi would be Ready for about 10am and true to their word it was.

All of the Staff are extremely efficient professional and Friendly unlike other Main Dealers.

once again, Ascotts step up to the bar had an issue with my cab where it was involved in an accident and the body shop kept it for quite awhile so it was very near it. Service date popped into Ascotts explain the situation and fitted me in two days later, six monthly and Service all done in less than two hours keeping your downtime to a minimum thank you Ascotts

About this year‘s overhaul
After a bad attempt at trying to touch up my own front bumper, my taxi failed as the gentleman so kindly wrote “crude paintwork” Asscotts sprang into action Craig had my Taxi finished within two days, the reception team in the service department rebooked my taxi andAsscotts represented an it passed. Thank you to all the staff who helped me.
