Ascent customer service

The lady was involved with my case of sorting out the surplus HOLLY JENKINS was magnificent in her customer service and keeping up to date with all of the red tape going through the process she was incredible thank you very much indeed.

Amazing Experience

I spoke to a lovely girl Angel who made me feel a million times better. She was very kind and understanding. She explained everything very clearly and ensured I understood without using all this legal jargon. Like I told her, if I were close to Manchester, I would buy her flowers

This lady was lovely

This lady was lovely. Often these meeting can be scary and I’ve put it off for too long but I instantly felt relaxed. Sarah was non judgmental, empathetic and put me at ease. I now feel like a weight has been lifted as I’m on route to sorting my finances out ! Fantastic service

Should that u care and sympathies with situation. Did not rush the call. Explained everything step by step. He stopped me panicking and I was left relaxed and now understanding that there is a say forward and that I would get help all the way through the process.

Zoe at Ascent was amazing

Zoe at Ascent was amazing, informative and professional, but most of all such a kind person, I was left astounded by her empathy. After our telephone conversation and ignoring letters that I had received from Ascent, I really wish I'd called earlier. Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and talk to debtors.

Made a recent call and got through to advisor Hassan Ullah. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for me as I’m hard of hearing and he was very empathetic and understanding of this. Don't hesitate to call Ascent

My mortgage arrears were resolved through Hamid at Ascent who was extremely helpful and kind to me. I was feeling extremely stressed after a few difficult years and was unable to handle my debt worries. I should have called Ascent sooner because Hamid helped me ease my anxiety and keep my home! The gratitude I feel is beyond words.

Arrears and burying my head …

I am currently struggling financially due to ill health and the huge rise in my payments, I've been burying my head and was jolted into dealing with it when I received a letter saying legal proceedings would begin from ascent. I have had 2 lengthy phonecalls this week, both times the women I've spoken to have been amazing, explaining things and listening to my situation. Particularly Phillipa yesterday who totally calmed me down when I got upset and put my mind at ease, it's going to be a long road but i have a plan in place now and no court looming. Thankyou x
