Ink leaks
I have been ordering ink refills for quite awhile now, and most of the time all goes well. But every once in awhile, after I open the package, ink leaks all over my hands - and this does not come off easily. I'm not sure why this happens, but next time I will wear gloves when opening the package.

ink spell
A couple of the cartridges for my printer had leaked ink into the plastic bag it was shipped in. Left ink on my hand while handling them. It washed off but not easy. Am hoping the leaky cartridges won't be a problem while in use.

good price- questionable product.
ONE WEEK DELIVERY TIME. PRODUCT ARRIVED, AND I OPENED THE CARTRIDGES AS I USUALLY WOULD . This was a mistake, as the toner spilled out on a new pair of khakis, A white leather LaZboy chair and off-white carpeting. I am a slow learner, as I opened yet another one with the same results. They should print a large warning on the package to open these in an area protected with rubber gloves, as I still have toner under my fingernails, and plenty of paper towels.
