Thank you Artwool, for your friendly help in ordering the merino wool I wanted to make a blanket for my granddaughter. Considering it was a back order, the wool was delivered I a week. I am so pleased.

Order somewhat delayed due to the seasonal holidays, but kept informed.

Unfortunately the quality of this order in particular was somewhat lacking compared to the previous. The wool split easily and had lots of ‘bits’ in.

The wool arrived as expected, and the colours are very nice.

This is my 4th order always delivered on time the quality of the wool is outstanding I love artwool and will always shop with them they are the best

Great wool, fast delivery

Delivery was slow and communication vague and confusing. Waited a week for delivery. Tried this supplier as they were having a deal but would rather pay extra and know when I will get my product so I can plan my business deliveries

Website is so slow to refresh and update, I was not sure I had the correct items in my shopping bag. I was not even sure I had processed my order correctly, even when I tried to check if it. Thankfully I created an account and was able to check, and cross check with Paypal.

Log in is a nightmare, even if you do enter the correct password. It is too slow. No, it's not my service provider!

I placed an order Wednesday PM, thinking the order will be processed Thursday, possibly Friday the latest. I hoped it would possibly be shipped Friday and delivered Saturday or at the latest, Monday. No such luck.

Order processed Monday for delivery Tuesday, except it has not turned up.

If I had accidentally put in the wrong password, I can't get to my account to find out. Why was their no notification that I may be locked out? I could have clicked the link to change my password.

How frustrating!

I have tried to find out how long I am going to be locked out - no clear information on that. What is going on? Why is this not easy to find?

Please do not say this is out of your control, someone somewhere has chosen this website design, and chosen this method of log in authentication. You can chose something else - that is in your control, as is clearer information that is easy to find.

I have checked my invoice for my DPD tracking number - thank you for putting it there.
