Ordered a Lowry print from Art UK - I had been searching for ages for this print (one of Lowry’s lesser known works) - and was delighted to find it available from Art UK. I thought the framed print was excellent value for money. The ordering process was easy. I was informed when the print had been dispatched and was provided with tracking information for the delivery - excellent customer service! The package was received in excellent condition, wrapped in recyclable cardboard and protected from potential damage. I was thrilled with my purchase and would strongly recommend Art UK for their vast range of quality items, competitive prices, and excellent customer service. They support art as an added bonus.

I ordered a print last minute for a valentines present including framing. When I emailed to ask if it would be delivered in time they did everything they could to speed up the process. They kept came in touch every step of the way and my gift did come in time. Beautifully package and expertly framed. I and my partner was over the moon with it! I would highly recommend and definitely use them again!!

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase. The ordering process was straightforward as was all subsequent communication about the delivery.The choice of Royal Mail pleased me as I have been let down so often by other companies.
Both prints are of very good quality .
The bonus for me as a bilingual Welshman living in Yorkshire for 50+years was my emails with Anna about Kyffin Williams and his work.

Quite disappointed in the print I bought recently. Flat and dull. I’d never put it on the wall. Postage was a lot and returns need to be paid for so it’s an annoying mistake and wasteful.
Update ArtUk got in touch, asked for more details and then gave me a refund which I appreciate. I’d find it useful of they offered different quality options and gloss prints.

Sadly, I got a small print of a beautiful painting I had loved in a gallery, as a gift, and the quality is not good at all. The colours are much darker and it is very blurry, as if the original picture was a fifth of the size (for the smallest A4 print size?). No one would display it in their home, I am so disappointed. :(

Firstly the quality of the picture frame is outstanding, made to perfection and high standard.
Their customer services are the best. I asked for a quicker turn around understanding it might not be possible, however they did everything they could to deliver earlier. Just outstanding, above and beyond

Excellent quality of print and craftsmanship of frame. I thought it looked good online, but when it arrived it was stunning! I ordered it as a special birthday gift for a friend, but I shall have to treat myself now!

Excellent customer service support throughout. I said I was nervous as I had read poor reviews, but really wanted the framed print as not able to get it elsewhere. I was reassured that there would be an inspection for quality before dispatching to me and I was very nervous before opening the parcel. I am absolutely thrilled. I ordered a small (A4 size) print. It arrived with low print quality (visible pixellation) and was so dark that you couldn't make out the background at all. Lesson learned: check the reviews first

Excellent next day service and I’m so happy with the print.
I contacted this company the day before I needed the print to be delivered to me and they pulled out all the stops and got it to me on a tracked 24hrs delivery.
I was so happy to present the print to my partner on his birthday yesterday.

I ordered a tote bag, and have found the quality good and the service excellent. I would suggest that for all bespoke orders that have to be manufactured from order, the customer should be told that delivery will take several weeks. We get so accustomed these days to delivery within a couple of days!

Great communication from Anna from start to finish and helped to expedite production and delivery. Definitely use again and again.

I have just received a framed print of the Pathfinder. I have found the service offered by Art UK Shop to be excellent, with a quality product delivered.

I found Ben Nicholson’s ‘study of a head’ print from Art Uk and then read the terrible reviews on trustpilot. But there was nowhere else that sold this print and I dearly wanted it.

I contacted Art UK with my concerns and they reassured me that the resolution quality of the art work I was looking for was very high. I was also told that the individual I was speaking to would quality check it personally before sending it out to me.

Two weeks later my print arrived in great condition and I am very satisfied with the final product.

In short the customer services experience with Art UK was fantastic and the final product was the high quality I was promised.
