We have ordered a pretty large
We have ordered a pretty large - 150x70cm mirror and it came within 2 weeks.
The mirror is amazing, the light is more than enough, and the small make up mirror just does its job.

Expected more
Unfortunately the mirror look chap when light is off, like kid toy. Also the magnifying mirror is not shining in both circles, the inside circle doesnt shine. The led stripe doesnt have cover to spread the light so you see dots. The led light is put on plastic cover behind the mirror not on some stel cover so i am afraid that one day there will be fire. Hoped for something better

Additionally, the positioning of the LED tape is also illustrated on the website to ensure customers can make an informed decision about the model they choose. The LED tape is located on a profile where there is no risk of fire due to heat.

Hello, I would be very happy to respond. The panel with the time and weather obscures the view of the mirror. It is very badly stored, it should have been on the right side and not slowly in the middle of the mirror. If it were possible, I would immediately return it to you. The numbers on the panels are as for blind people. The offered images on the website do not correspond to the delivered goods.

Undelivered order with no response. Updated!
I purchase the order almost 3-4 weeks ago. Your company guarantee me delivering of the product on 13.4. 2023 but I havent heard from you untill now, 22.4. thanks, I will consider escalation on this order to hear from you.
UPDATE:
after my escalation, company reach to delivery company and about in week product was delivered for what I m happy, I havent install it yet but it looks good.
Hopefully they will track the orders if GLS dont deliver them and start steps by themselves in the future.
