A delivery had been stuck in a DHL branch office for nine days. Artforma contacted the courier service, and decided to produce a new mirror immediately.

On the same day, the mirror was suddenly delivered to my house. It is very well built and of great quality. Unfortunately, it was cracked in a corner because something intruded into the packaging from the outside (not their fault). Artforma are handling the case gracefully and are producing the new mirror. Communication is swift and competent. Looks like everything will go well after all. Will add the final star once the mirror arrives intact, but so far their service and quality has been excellent. Shame about the courier being lousy with the updates, and also cracking the merchandise.

The wrong mirror was sent over. Eventually the company sent the correct one but many emails were exchanged before this happened
