The mirror is nice
The mirror is nice, well packaged but the phillips hue stripe which came much higher in cost than all my stripes I have from Phillips hue last generation which are also rgb, does not seems to have the quality I was expecting for. The light seems more standard quality rather then phillips hue.
Nevertheless, the total package is nice, comfy, looks good and came well packaged.

Great product
I am satisfied with the product, it is as advertised, and it looks great in my bathroom. Had some problems with the delivery but after talking to a very friendly customer service rep, they said they’ll look into it and hopefully it will be solved in the future.

The mirror was badly damaged
The mirror was badly damaged. The phone numbers don't work. Barely got a response by mail, but nothing conclusive. Bad experience overall, and still don't have a resolution to my problem, hope I don't need to get in touch with the competent authorities.
N.B.: To be fair and entirely transparent, a refund ha been issued and the matter closed on a positive note. Nevertheless, the communication with the producer was hard, they never responded to my second email and tr phone numbers on the site and on the parcel don't work.

Very late delivery
Initial lead time communicated was 10-14 days. The order was shipped out after 1 month after multiple phone calls to customer service.
The tracking number provided is invalid.
Poor services. I wouldn't recomand

My experience with Artforma
I searched for a long time for some mirrors that would be practical but also modern and that's how I got to the Artforma website. I was delighted by the models offered, by the technology incorporated in them, so ...
I ordered two mirrors that arrived in the time specified in the order confirmation. It looks exactly as it is on the site. I haven't installed them yet, but I'm sure they will look fabulous.
