Had integrated fridge delivered on Saturday and was informed of delivery time plus regular updates from drivers. Duly arrived and Will and Peter the delivery guys were brilliant making sure put into place with care and attention to detail. However, when they opened up the back of the lorry the goods were packed in my opinion dangerously and without their quick thinking could have fallen out and either injured them or damaged the goods. They approached their work with humour and professionalism which made the experience very positive except for the concern highlighted above.
