I had the pleasure of working with Arama Lemon at Arrow Solicitors during my property purchase. Arama was incredibly helpful, professional, and always prompt in her responses. She made the process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure everything was clear.
I highly recommend Arama and Arrow Solicitors for anyone seeking reliable and efficient legal services.

Kayleigh did a wonderful job at getting us in our first home in just over 10 weeks from start to finish. She was always reachable, very communicative and never left us in the dark. When we buy again we will 100% be using Kayleigh and arrow conveyancing!

Really good service. Professional and friendly throughout.
We used Kayleigh Mollloy for buying our house and later for the sale of another house.
Very impressed with her dealings throughout.

Almost collapsed the whole chain, they were not our solicitors but our buyers solicitors and they're incompetence and lack of communication from the get go was a real problem. they wouldn't speak to any of the agents or other solicitors involved in the chain and our buyer could not get them on the phone or by email. eventually after some prompting convinced our selling agents to escalate the issue to the companies CEO and there was some movement. there were so many errors along the way that it is impossible to to recount them all. but just a few spring to mind; Arrow requested money from the wrong mortgage lender a week before our intended completion date thus scuppering that date and the exchange, they sent the same enquiries to our solicitors 3 times despite the fact they had already been responded to. Avoid at all costs and if i ever go through the selling process again i will request the name of the solicitors in advance to ensure i never deal with anyone using Arrow ever again
Zero guidance throughout the process, not even to highlight specifics around moving money.
Also somehow they didn’t realise a garage was included in the sale - how does that happen?
And at the end they gave me a lovely bill that included stamp duty (even though I don’t pay this as they should know that, had to ask to get it removed).
Very poor, avoid if possible.
The worst conveyancing company ever. I was forced to use these by pepper money for my remortgage. They had to clear some credit cards as part of the deal completion.
4 weeks later and 3 cards have still not been paid despite my constant chasing. They have just advised they have sent one payment to an incorrect reference number.
You cannot have a direct line to your conveyancer you have to wait in a queue and I often waited over 15 minutes to even get answered. You then speak to someone with no knowledge of your case who wants to check your email address for the 4th time that day before asking what you want and even then being very reluctant to help. I’m just about to prepare letters of complaint to the FCA and the solicitors regulation authority. You get what you pay for - with my mortgage company Pepper paying for these I didn’t have a choice but lesson learned - I would never go with a forced solicitor again and these are the worse.
The sale of our house went through quickly and efficiently our conveyancer Kayleigh Molloy kept us up to date through all the stages and if there was something we didn't understand or any queries she replied straight away we would highly recommend her.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Absolutely awful firm. Process with L&C was good, then as soon as it was handed over to Arrow is where the pain began.
Useless at responding, all via email, can't get hold of anyone by phone, just rings out or leaves you on hold. Responses to your questions are just vague and don't even address what you've asked, forcing you to ask again and have to wait 3 days for response.
Ended up with a lot more costs than expected due to delays in completion and misinformation.
Absolute sh*t show. DO NOT USE them
Just don’t do it..I absolutely regret using this company..they were recommended by L&C and they are awful. Communication is terrible..you can’t get answers when you need them, they don’t pick up the phone and I am now facing a fine from HMRC because they filed our paperwork late. Honestly..just choose another solicitor, it’s not worth the stress and hassle.
If Arrow Conveyancing were a performance, they'd be the sort where the audience leaves at interval and demands a refund.
Their three-week prelude of silence before even assigning a solicitor (despite doing through ID checks on me and demanding more information about me than my own government possess, as well as taking payment) wasn't so much a dramatic pause as a complete power cut.
Telephones at Arrow appear to be purely decorative items, like those plastic fruits some people keep in bowls. Emails vanish into the ether, returning weeks later with the informational equivalent of "we've received your message and thought we'd ignore most of it."
We received our updates from the seller and estate agent, rather like getting test results back from the hospital porter.
Despite being first-time buyers without a chain, we somehow managed to become the weak link in someone else's — a remarkable achievement, like winning a race you hadn't even entered.
Then there's Adam Houghton, senior conveyancer extraordinaire, a man so elusive he could teach masterclasses to Houdini. His professional title should be "Head Spectre" rather than solicitor. The chocolate teapot of the legal world – except a chocolate teapot has the good grace to announce its uselessness immediately rather than stringing you along for months with the promise of competence never delivered.
When the day of exchange arrived (thankfully, our sellers text us to announce it was such a day, so naturally I spent hours futily attempting to contact Adam from 'the other side'), Mr. Houghton materialized at 17:06 with deposit details, announcing "everyone was ready to exchange" with all the timing of someone arriving at a funeral reception to announce the deceased had, in fact, passed away. Sadly, my bank closed at 16:30pm.
The grand finale came the night before key handover — silence all day, then a last-minute email at 18:06: "You're short by X amount due to information I had but didn't read, can you transfer now?" As though asking for spare change for the parking meter rather than substantial sums of money to complete a house purchase.
I've had more prompt responses from my great-aunt Mabel, and she's been dead since 1997. At least she has the legitimate excuse of decomposition rather than professional indifference.
Would I recommend Arrow Conveyancing? You'd be better off hammering nails into your own eyeballs while filling out your own legal paperwork with your feet. It would be less painful, more productive, and you'd still have finished before they answered their bloody phones.
Faiza Ikbal was amazing from the start to getting they keys . thank you
Arrow Conveyancing and Faiza in particular have been amazing. We purchased our first house through the company with a short deadline of 8 weeks.
I was kept up to date throughout the whole transaction and had a response within a few hours on email. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
I have edited this as I’d missed out some information.
We used Arrow Conveyancing to purchase our home from our landlord in 2022, there was no chain and we were currently renting and living in the property so we were told it would be a quick sale. They were recommended by our mortgage broker L&C Mortgages, and told they had a portal, it was easy for them to share documents with each other ( which it wasn’t ) so we naively went with them. From first contact at the beginning of July to completion in December 2022, we were assigned 3 different Conveyancers, which kept making delays at their end and we were having to resend paperwork. The 3rd one Adam, was great and knowledgeable but communication from him was terrible. Ringing the switchboard was a nightmare, once you were able to join the queue which is a feat in itself, you could be in a queue for over an hour and up to 2 hours and when you get through the person is either off work that day, on lunch or on a call and they will not let you wait for them to come off the call you have to go through the whole process again. They promise to call you back and don’t, they don’t respond to emails when they say they are going to or in a timely manner, or at all once you’ve completed.
However the paralegal Chloe, was excellent whenever I managed to speak to her, but there was only so much she could do.
They did however manage to complete the sale a few days before Christmas as our mortgage deal was expiring just before New Year.
There was a big hold up from HM Land Registry as they have such a big backlog but they gave me a timeline and told me it should be all sorted by August 2024. However that date came and went. I contacted Arrow Conveyancing and all I got was an automated reply. I then contacted HM Land Registry by email, who replied they can’t complete the paperwork as they have been waiting on answers from Arrow Conveyancing since they contacted them in April 2024.
The most recent contact I had from HM Land Registry I had in March 2025 is despite having some points answered they are still waiting on others and are yet to get a response from them. So almost a year later and they have still not answered HM Land Registry’s questions.
I also have still not seen the TP1 that was sent to HM Land Registry as the one I signed and sent back had so many typos on it. I was told there was nobody to do it but I would be sent it after Christmas ( after completion) but I never was. I just hope to goodness they made the changes they were supposed to.
I also hope that by Christmas 2025, they may have answered HM Land Registry and we might finally get our Title Deeds for our 3rd Anniversary of owning this house. But I don’t hold out much hope.
Top class service
Kayleigh Molloy was our conveyancer and she has been super professional and efficient. All our queries were answered with speed and clarity we cannot fault her service.
We have already recommended her to friends considering moving home.
Thank you Kayleigh. Thank you Arrow.
