I was happy with the quality of the shoes. They were just too small for my feet.

It was a very smooth process. I didn’t get an email confirmation so I emailed customer service and they sent me an email. The shirts are so nice and soft. Love them!

I wouldn’t even given a one star rating at this point. The dress does not even match the photo in the website. The top part of the dress looks cheap.
I sent an email asking to return the dress and was told I could be reimbursed $15 which I refused.

I was then offered $30. I said that I would only accept what I was paid and have zero response. Why can’t I return the dress for a full refund? Also this is not a South Carolina based company.

The top is wonderful. GREAT FIT!!!!!

Quulity and great packaging

I placed two orders from the first order #6989243 ($87.38) the dresses came but one of the dresses didn’t fit me right and I was not pleased with the quality of the material. I contacted them to get an authorization number from them and they told me to just keep the dress. I messaged them 3-4 times and they told me to just keep the dress. I informed them again that it doesn’t fit me right and that I’m not satisfied with the quality of the dress. I asked again for an authorization number to return dress, I was told to keep the dress and they would give me $5 to compensate. I formed them that I do NOT want something that I’m not pleased with to please refund me my money. They told me once again to keep the dress and they would compensate $15. Once again I informed them of wanting a full refund and they offered $23 compensation. In the meantime my second order #7105577 ($127.27) arrived and I immediately contacted them again letting them know that I was not impressed with the quality of the material and wanted a full refund. They do not want to refund my money!!!!! I’m still waiting on my full refund for the 5 dresses that I ordered!!!!
If I don’t get my refund SOON I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!

My dresses are quite nice and they arrived within 2 weeks. I like that they are long and not so tight. I’m 5,5” and 155 Ibs and ordeded large. For the more form-fitting dresses, I’ll probably go up a size.

The order arrived very quickly. The products were beautiful and very good quality. I will gladly shop with them again.

If I could give a zero rating I would!!!! They advertised it was made in the USA, it's clearly not with all of their chinese symbols. They also don't accept returns unless there is a problem with the fabric. They are Thieves! Don't buy from them!!!!

Fast delivery and cost of items meet expectations.

I have not placed an order with this company because most of their items are also shown on websites that are in China. Also, their refund policy states will only refund if item is defective. No US company has that return policy. I sent an email with a question and their response was on China time (getting emails at like 3am). Will not order and this company needs to be investigated for claiming the clothes are all made in the Carolina’s

The shirts I got was made of microfiber and the heart was a sticker nothing of rhinestones. I wouldn’t put that on an adult at all, does not look like the picture when contacting them to get their address to return it, they would not give it to me only offered me a small refund also charged me for shipping. Was supposed to have it for free.

This company is the absolutely worst. I've never dealt with a company that is so deceiving disrespectful and corruptive and write down Dirty rotten thieves. I've been trying to get a refund but they won't do it even though In their return policy it says they do but obviously. It's lies after lies after lies was offered a small credit and told to keep items. But that doesn't cover the exchange of what the items cost and as items sent me were not as advertised or modeled on the model I can't. Tell you enough to stay away from this company. They are crooks and thieves. And just playing down nasty do not shop here save your money save yourself the headache in the pain

This company is the WORST! They will not return or refund anything@. Cheap material, awful customer service!
I am having to fight them with my credit card company. Arnuz wants ME to pay for shipping to return their awful product to an unknown address in New York! I live in CA and they were shipped to me from California! So dishonest and complete fraud! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

I bought around 6 pieces as a first-time customer. 4 were good. Super cute designs, fit fine, one material in particular is sooooo soft and warm. But 2 couldn't stay in my closet.

One was a dress that is very see-through and one was a sweater that is so big. I saw their return policy is for quality issues only (which is a total issue for sizing inconsistencies and lack of reviews as to fit) so I contacted them, citing quality issue for the fabric of the dress and asked for grace to exchange the sweater. OMG I got a TOTAL wall.

The emails back to me first offered a $10 credit and to pay shipping. I said I didn't think that was fair considering the dress should be a straight return. I made a counter offer for fairness. They emailed back offering something like $15 credit and I pay shipping (for the sweater exchange). It didn't address my email response so I asked for clarification. We went back and forth with their robotic responses so I finally went to the PayPal Resolution Center, saw a named contact, and she has a different company email altogether. She gave me some frustrating back and forth, similar robotic type responses multiple times. She wanted me to take less than half of my refund and pay for shipping but keep the clothes. What?! I asked pay for WHAT shipping (we were no longer talking about an exchange). After several of those (God help you if you have other things to do than argue with them aka the wall), I told her if she cannot accept my term, the next step is to escalate to PayPal and they'll make the decision. I next got a notice of a full refund.

What a bunch of run around and nonsense. The refund process is shady AF. It's too bad, I won't be buying again from the hell that is returns.
