Sadly, I am a last-minute person, but I ordered two dresses from Arnuz and, thankfully, received them in time and they fit well! The quality is good, though I really do miss cotton, and the fit is as specified. Both dresses are comfortable and look nice on. True to pictures and flattering on.

The shipping took 3 weeks!! I ordered the wrong size (my fault) but I am afraid to send it back because of the bad reviews on returns. I will just give the items to my daughter. I will not order again.

I’m on my 3rd email to the “service team” trying to return a dress that’s too short and really cheaply made. They offered me $15 to just keep it, which I’m not doing. Waiting for another response from them. DO NOT order from this company! Even if I do eventually receive my refund (which I’m not counting on), the hassle of trying to return an item is SO not worth it! Wish I had read other peoples’ review first!

Product looks nothing like what is posted and customer service doesn’t respond to emails for return requests. This is not a US company as advertised. It’s from China.

Clothes received where what was depectied on the website. Website showed CDN $'s yet I was charged in USD $'s I think. Waiting for someone to get back to me on 1 item I need to return.

Not like the picture AT ALL. Not even a little bit. Won’t let me return or exchange it. Ugly dress. Will never wast my time or money with this company. Terrible customer service

The outfits I ordered are great quality and beautiful designs.

The shirt was too small and I hated the fabric. I hoped it was more natural, like cotton or linen but it's double-knit polyester and feels gross.

1st time ordering from this company. Very quick to deliver and overall nice items. Im unfortunately returning a few items due to size but am ordering other items in place

This company's dresses are terribly poor quality. They are not as advertised. They are see through and have no structure or support. The fabric smelled of chemicals. This company does not manufacture and ship their products from South Carolina/Georgia as they advertised. The label on the clothing bags said "Made in China" and they shipped through a logistics company in Queens, NY. I would never had ordered from this company had they not falsely advertised Made in the USA. I requested to return my items per the procedure listed on their website. I received a response offering $15 to keep the dresses. I WILL NOT wear these horrible dresses so I responded with another request for a shipping address to return the dresses and get a full refund. It has been several days and I have yet to hear back from them. BUYER BEWARE! This company lies and sells garbage!

Hi- It just took a long time to deliver, but I love the dress.

I've been trying to exchange my size Smalls for Mediums for almost 2 months. There's no way to contact other than email, and no one has bothered to respond.

The dresses were nice. One was not like what showed online. The leopard was like the website. I was charged extra after I ordered it.. looked like a foreign transaction fee.. thought the company was in the US?
