I want to highly recommend a staff member in the Liverpool shop! Her name is Frankie. I visited the shop today (Friday 22.05.26 @ 10am) with my son. Frankie was phenomenal, she was so helpful, smile on her face, no task too small. She was running around the shop getting sizes and colours for me. Also for other customers. She was courteous and polite. I had an amazing experience in the shop thanks to Frankie. Please can this message be sent to the senior leadership team for acknowledgment on how wonderful and enthusiastic Frankie is. Frankie is a credit to you all 👏👏👏 and will look forward to shopping in the shop very soon

Faulty goods
Unfortunately I had to return a week after my visit as the zip on one of my purchases was faulty.
I exchanged it without a problem but the first time I wore the garment I discovered that the zip was faulty again. Now I have to find the time to return this one.
Thank you to Arne for their prompt response to this.The customer care has been excellent and a replacement is on its way.

Great products - awful customer service
Arne has great clothes at great prices. Never visited the shop before so made a special visit whilst staying in Chester from Glasgow. I was really disappointed in the customer service, there was plenty of staff but they had absolutely no interest in customers, too busy talking about their weekend or personal lives to bother about customers. Given the amount it costs to pay for staff nowadays the majority really let the shop down. One female was helpful and seemed to be the only person who wasn’t engaged in chit chat. Staff need to enjoy their work but not to the detriment of customers.

At last.. I finally visited the store
Nice store. First time I have been there as I live in London. A bit disappointed that they did not have my size in the pair of trainers I wanted...but ordered them online a few days later.
Staff where fantastic and attentive... They should teach their Customer Service Skills to people in London

Great store, lovely fit out but the staff are uninterested and not helpful. Please invest in staff training, they are letting the brand down. I could have spent a lot if I’d have been looked after. They were so inattentive busy chatting amongst themselves. Shame!
