Love the set out of the store, clothes are easy to find and plenty of helpful staff to check if other sizes in stock. Clothes are fantastic quality and last, especially for my teenage son. All staff & security really friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the treat at the end with the token for cafe so my son enjoyed his milkshake as we had spent quite a few hundred pounds. Great experience had all round.

Changing rooms at the Liverpool store…
Changing rooms at the Liverpool store are extremely hot with no ventilation and no pegs or hangers in the changing room which meant my own clothes had to be placed on a dirty floor along with new clothes which I was trying on. This, for such a new store is wholly unacceptable and even though I made a purchase this time, it would put me off returning to the store as the changing room facilities are totally inadequate.

Everything is just so quick! My first order the refund was quick. On all orders I’ve been so impressed with the delivery service, I’d even go as far to say it is one of the best I’ve experienced and I shop daily! It is so quick and the updates are really handy.
