Normally size L fits me perfectly. Your size L is to me far too small an far too short. So I guess there is a mistake in how your company labels the size of trousers.

Owl bird bath/feeder
I order an owl bird bath/feeder for my mums birthday when she received it, it was absolutely appalling. They described the size to measure 113 x 13 x 23cm so I would assume all three measurements were in cms, which is usually the case when this way is advertised, but they weren't, the 113 & 13 were millimetres. This is clearly false advertising and the picture they supplied looked the advertised size. Its is ridiculous. It is tiny. I was really not happy with what I had paid. I requested my money back and they only offered me 50% refund and asked me to keep it..... I chose this in the end as they would not cover return postage.

I purchased what I thought was a bird…waste of money
I purchased what I thought was a bird bath. I received my item on the 17/05/22 Having ordered it on the 30/04/22, delivery time was estimated 8-10 days.
Well what a shock I got we I received it, it’s no bigger than a small bottle of washing up liquid.
I looked at pictures of the item before I purchased it and it looked a decent size also checked measurements which was 113*13*22cm giving me the impression that it was cm not mm.
I wouldn’t purchase from this company again the pictures are very deceiving.
Didn’t even deserve the one star review.
