Never received the order I placed.
Email the company several times without any response.
I believe this is a scam and company just takes your money and you do not receive orders placed.
Very poor customer service and when you attempt to contact the company where they just completely ignore you!
I would be extremely cautious purchasing goods from this company.

I recently ordered the duck solar water feature first one arrived broken which wasn't a problem as they sent replacement. Water feature very small does have light. No attachment to make water feature work very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Not what it looked like.

I ordered a back brace, you did not confirm my order or give me an order number as you stated you would by email, so was surprised to receive my order, unfortunately you sent the incorrect size .. l ordered LARGE, you sent Small, so you can imagine it is of no use to me…. I have on several occasions emailed you but have not received any response from you, l am totally upset to be treated this way, you have taken my money, of which l can ill afford to lose, l need to return this order and hopefully receive the correct size (LARGE)

I ordered 3 tops according to their sizing guide.
Apart from taking a while two of the tops turned up, they only go over my head, can’t get them over my arms.
The company says I have to pay to send them back as there is no fault. The fault is the sizing is completely out by quite a few sizes. The other top has just been sent apparently and I have to refuse the order. What if the neighbours get it for me, that’s another payment. I have brought in line products from all different stores. This one is a joke!
I am really disappointed with their response. This particular top is made in china, their sizing is completely different to uk sizing. Measuring the tops they are more a 12 not an 18!
Don’t waist your money.

Purchased several items arrived in different shipments.
Used online form to arrange to return items heard nothing so out of pocket now as goods are not suitable
Have since heard from them one advisor has offered an UK address for return another advisor advised return to China or 50% off the goods

Selling counterfeit stuff - bought my daughter a squishmallow for Xmas and it's a fake - they refunded us but I can see they are still selling them - so doubt this is the only counterfeit brands on their site

Do not buy from this company linked YZ Supply Chains Ltd I got delivery was I raised a complaint PayPal. Unfortunately the product is very faulty so having to go down the same route. Do not use this company communication is impossible

I don't normally bother writing reviews on here but after reading some of the awful ones I feel I should share my experience with the customer service.
After unfortunately purchasing a product that had a fault they were extremely prompt with their replies and I had no problems getting a full refund and resolving my issue.

I ordered a HuggyWuggy hooded blanket. Lovely product; supersoft and embroidery good quality.
It was posted promptly (sadly Evri let us down on delivery timeframe).
But, this was a company I came across randomly because I was looking for a HuggyWuggy gift; given quality of item, I will add to my ‘go to’ list places for gifts.

Ordered 2 x plush toys for Christmas gifts on Dec 7th and they never arrived in time despite delivery timescale stating 7-10 days. Dec 28th 1 of them arrived and no sign of the other. I’d never shopped with this retailer before and I certainly won’t be again! Terrible service.

Ordered a gift for Christmas. Never arrived in the agreed period 7-10 days. Christmas over so gift not required due to having to purchase a replacement. They want me to pay for the return and will not issue a refund until they have the goods back. Talk about a catch 22 or what. They obviously do not understand UK consumer law. In particular, who is responsible for ensuring timeous delivery takes place and the right to cancel orders due to failure of delivery. So I will just continue until I get justice. Never again.

This company is disgusting, I haven’t had any response at all and never received my items, how can I get my money back?

Placed an order on 6th December, order no. AD33057-UK i still haven't received it, ive sent three emails with no reply, completely dissatisfied with this company

I placed an order at the start of December with a promise of delivery in time for Christmas. After hearing nothing for a week I got in touch and was issued a yodel tracking number. A week later the tracking shows item is still with Sender. Subsequent attempts to get in touch have resulted in no reply from the company. We are now 10 days after the tracking was issued and the item is still with sender.

I have waited a few for this item.
I emailed customer service which replies was fine.
The item has finally arrived and the quality is shocking. Really cheap plastic I wouldn't even want it for free. I have asked to send it back for a refund

Chinese company that copy other companies products. The pictures are stolen and can be found on the internet from the genuine sellers.
If you pay you will get a copy product. Give your money to the right company and in this case you will hide this company product on etsy that guarantee refunds if item isnt custom made

Shocking took my money never got my goods emailed to ask where my goods are they said it ta takes 8-10 days be patient so far it’s been 12 days since evri emailed saying they had received the parcel I’ve had no contact from these jokers or evri shockingly bad

Never Arrived, No Communication!
Over 12 days ago and still not arrived, sent numerous emails, now have to contact paypal to get money refunded!
Will stick to Amazon and trusted sites in future

Great customer service. Following a rubbish Evri/Hermes 'returned to sender without attempting delivery' experience, I contacted ArmadaDeals Customer service by email asking about the status of my parcel and stating I didn't want Evri/Hermes handling any of my orders. ArmadaDeals C/S responded within a few hours and without any fuss said they had resent my order by Royal Mail. That order duly arrived on time. Well done.
