Will I’ve been trying and trying to return a 250 dirt bike that doesn’t run but I keep getting the run around by Arlington saying they need me to send them a video of the problems I’m having well I have told them time and time I can’t take a video of something that doesn’t run. It want start much less run. So Arlington wins I have a good friend that is going to work on it for me. He has his own motorcycle shop and want charge me an arm and leg but I still will have to pay for something that Arlington should have made good. I hope if anyone reads their reviews will understand for a poor business they are because I didn’t do enough research and find all the bad reviews that I have now and that they have been reported to BBB. I highly recommend Arlington power sports. I bought the Lifan x-pect and absolutely love this bike. Motorcycle and all paperwork arrived in about a week. MCO and bill of sale came to my house, unfortunately I had to pick my bike up from the trucking companies terminal as they informed me they were short on drivers. But that is no reflection on the dealership! They have been great. Bike arrived in excellent condition. I paid extra for it to be fully assembled and I highly recommend this service. I believe it was well worth it to let the people who know do it. I will definitely do business with them again.

This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly things went great. Order was shipped quickly, arrived quickly and in good shape. The go kart went together easily and seems to be decent quality. Already looking at my next purchase through them.

After ordering a moped and paying for it, they called me to levy additional fuel surcharge of $150. This was not expected as they said free shipping on their website. They never charged me on my previous order a month ago.

Ordered a tk200gk-8 df200gkr go-kart. It arrived with damaged seats, a completely dead battery that will not hold a charge, and the drive chain is falling apart. They refuse to make things right and stand behind their product. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not do business with them.

I'm very pleased with my bike, had difficulty with the mirrors but overall it runs great .
