Do not buy a venom pro 1600 watt

Do not buy a venom pro 1600 watt. Its a nice dirtbike but made very cheap. We have owned one for a year and a half and we have had nothing but issues with the bike. Im warning you to stay away from these electric dirtbikes cause the parts are very poor quality.

Side cover exit the chatroom.

I recieved my sportster 250 and had a slight hiccup with the side cover falling off on the highway. I called Venom Motorsports and spoke with Jason. He was extremely helpful, very direct and got me taken care of fast. 10 out of 10 recommended 👌

The customer service is top notch

The customer service is top notch. Dave was more then helpful through the whole process. I had to find a replacement part and they helped to make sure I was getting the correct one. Then they even helped me through the ordering process. Plus this was all through text.

X1850cc headlight

I had issues with my bike with the headlights, but Jason helped me out through all the way. I also had the best service.Excellent service I should say they're also helping me fix it as well

This company sold me a Lemon and won’t replace it

So frustrated with this company. I placed an order for my first bike. I paid to have them build ( bike cones 90% built) I paid to ensure the bike was tested and ready to use. I get the bike and I notice damage , it’s been dropped or hit. Then I go to start the bike and it won’t stay running. I go to accelerate and stalls so I call venom and get this young man who was arrogant refused to let me speak with anyone other then him. I had to send emails to get. Service dept on the line. This guy was nice tried to help but wanted me to basically fix my New bike … over 8hoir trying to get this bike to run and nothing. . They tell me my case is important im top priority yet they were supposed to call me today and I couldn’t get anyone on the line.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I have a damaged bike and these guys wont take my call ……I’m looking at my options but to anyone who wants to buy a bike I’d beware of this company . Apparently my 3k was for a paperweight
