Kane Farthing visited today for my yearly Pioneer Warranty Service. He went through the truck with a fine tooth comb. He has a fabulous personality and while servicing the defender he went through every step with me. It was a very complete and thorough undertaking by an exceptionally qualified person. It was a a pleasure to spend the day with him. Well done Arkonik!

The excitement of waiting for my Arkonik was totally enhanced by the hand off experience. Words can not describe how the whole team was part of the experience and made me feel in more ways then one that they have my back and will attend to anything now and in the future. I`m so excited!

Had a great delivery experience with Arkonik. The vehicle was even better than I imagined and Kane from Arkonik was great. He went over the entire car with me and was a joy. Can’t say enough about Kane and Arkonik.

Arkonik makes and delivers automotive dreams. Years later and a continent apart, their customer service and warranty department still treat me as their only customer. That's the stuff dreams are made of.

Completely attentive, knowledgeable, professional, quick and thorough. Overall, exceptional service.

I have been working with these guys since 2015. Their level of customer service is impressive. Having to provide service to customers for classic Land Rovers is a monumental task. I'm so glad I chose Arkonik to partner with. There will always be issues with a a 30+ year old off-load vehicle (add extra headaches because it's a Land Rover). But it's an adventure that is 100% worth the effort!

I had a truly amazing experience with the Arkoink team and am so happy with my Defender. The Arkonik team carefully walked me through each step of the way and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. The level of care and passion for Land Rovers is evident. From day one when I inquired about the build process to when my Defender was delivered, I knew the Arkonik team wanted only the best for me.

Building a vehicle on the other side of the planet takes a lot of coordination and my only area of improvement would be increasing the communication with customers.

I am so very happy with my Defender and cant wait to start the next one with Arkonik!

I still can't believe that I own a DEFENDER by ARKONIK. It is the best of both worlds between the pleasure of a classic car with a huge history and the performance of a modern car, all orchestrated by a magician: ARKONIK. A unique and impressive vehicle that gives a maximum of emotions every time I turn the key, thanks to a fantastic and attentive team.

Having watched their portfolio of past work grow over the years, it was an easy decision for us to choose Arkonik to build our Defender. With Arkonik, we got a level of service and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations, not to mention an absolutely fantastic Defender to enjoy!

My experience with Arkonik has been outstanding! I purchased a completed Defender 110 in January 2022. At the time I wanted to add some accessories to the vehicle, which was easily accommodated by Arkonik. They have been very professional and easy to communicate both with the US and UK teams. This is a company that is not only passionate about their vehicles but also very professional with their approach. I have been driving my Defender for the past month and I could not be happier!! Arkonik manufacturers a phenomenal vehicle that turns your dream defender into reality. Their customer service and communication is fantastic. It’s been a pleasure working with Arkonik and driving the fantastic vehicle they produce.

I purchased my first Arkonik Defender 3 years ago and was hooked. I loved that it possessed the perfect balance of vintage with modern features. As at home exploring the Tennessee mountains, our local village for dinner or on a 500 mile trip to our summer home. We did it all and other than the fact it was a tad underpowered ( 200 TDI) the experience was superb. Unfortunately our Arkonik met a very sad ending with a Chevy Impala running a stop sign and hitting her at 50 mph. I was fine, albeit bruised and a concussion she however was not.

I knew what had to be done, and with a few calls and e-mails entered into a contract for a new D90 build. I remedied the power issue by spec’ LS3 power 💪 and opted for the auto transmission to make her more accommodating for my family to use. Roughly 18 months later and now having driven our new Arkonik approx 1300 miles she is everything I expected and more. The upgrades, power delivery is unbelievable, she drives all day comfortably at 75 mph, tracks beautifully and the seats are so comfortable! We had some initial teething pains with some QC issues but the Arkonik team jumped to action to remedy immediately . I could go on but suffice to say we absolutely love our Arkonik, and our very proud to be part of the Arkonik family !

I manage an automotive repair shop in northern California. I had a client bring in his Arkonik build Defender for a couple of services that were under warranty. I have never even heard of Arkonik before this. Oli and the entire support team were very helpful, and packaged up the items that were required to repair the rig. Customer service is definitely a high priority at that company. I wish there were more like Arkonik. Thanks Oli and your team !
