Had a delivery today which was fine…

Had a delivery today which was fine ordered 3 rolls of astro turf all exactly the same opened 2 supposed to be 40 mm more like 10 and the 3rd roll was opened well it was totally different. Colour size quality dosent match the other two abserloutly awful asked to send pictures dont no what they are going to do . The first 2 rolls werent to bad altho i feel its not what i paid for but the 3rd roll its pointless carnt be used infact it looks like its already been used .

After receiving my fake grass it was…

After receiving my fake grass it was very poor quality so I wanted to return it,I was waiting for a reply about when they could come to pick the grass up but instead they said I would have to return it myself,this would be impossible for me to do becos of the weight and bulkiness of this item,so I lost money on this product selling it on marketplace very unhappy customer

Do not use

Do not use, absolute crook, never receive your item and they never respond and never refund you. Be aware, use another company, these sell on ebay and onbuy that I know of.

Stable mats

In October 2025 bought interlocking stable mats for 2 stables after 2 weeks they started to bubble in the middle rang the company to be told to just cut around the edges we have had to cut the edges several times since then customer services not interested and what’s the point in buying stable mats that fit if you have to keep cutting an edge around so the bed goes under very poor wouldn’t recommend and wish I had never bought

EVA mats can naturally expand and contract with temperature changes, particularly in environments such as stables where conditions can vary. This movement can sometimes cause the mats to lift or “bubble” if there isn’t enough room for them to adjust.

Cutting the mats around the edges is recommended to help them settle properly within the space. We also advise leaving a small expansion gap around the perimeter during installation. This allows the mats to expand without putting pressure on each other, which helps prevent lifting and ensures the longevity of the product.

We do understand your frustration, especially if you were expecting a more straightforward fit, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clearly explained at the time. If you would like, please get in touch with us directly and we can provide further guidance to help improve the installation and performance of your mats.

Ordered a log splitter with a stand …

Ordered a log splitter with a stand delivery was quick but it did not have a stand , contacted the company 22 nd Dec who asked for picture of what we had then ,nothing , after 3 times it was used it stopped working Ram would not work , have sent varies messages to them Via Amazon but they are still dragging their feet on returning the item and giving me a refund Amazon are going to step in but shocking customer service, avoid ! Video is available but won`t give me an email address to send it , they supplied a number but it will not let the video be sent, also gave them my number and told them to Whatts app me , but no just sent a message asking why I want to return it, after 6 or so messages saying why its not working ,Hard work ! didn`t sign up for this nonsense

Wouldn't deal with this company again…

Wouldn't deal with this company again unfortunately. Great in the first instance. Ordered a bundle of six mats and delivery was due by 2nd Jan. However only five mats arrived over two deliveries in as many days. I queried it with the company on 31/12/2025 but had no response ( understandable Xmas period). Still no response on the 2nd Jan so I requested a refund as I needed the mat ASAP and would source another one. I included tracking proof of said missing mat. The company responded and told me to wait while they investigated it, as they had shipped six. I received no further updates at all, I requested an update a few days later to be told my mat was arriving on the 12th! Not best pleased as I had already requested a refund and had informed them I needed the item ASAP. I think 10 days over the estimated delivery date is worth at least an apology but figured it was their way of forcing me to keep the order rather than go through the rigmarole of sending it back to them and tracking confirmed the 12th.
I checked my tracking again on the 9th Jan and it informed me that the missing mat was being sent back to the company, not to me. Apparently my delivery was cancelled. I had received no information from the company at all communicating this. I emailed them again on the 9th telling them this development and attaching yet another tracking screenshot as proof, like I have throughout every exchange. On the 12th Jan, they responded denying me a refund and requesting I wait again. Appalling customer service. Avoid. I think 13days over an estimated delivery date and no refund, when it has been requested twice, with all tracking proof being sent to the company is poor. The missing parcel is for the company and courier to resolve not the customer!
They have now told me the item has been delivered. Absolutely hasn't. Enjoy my money as you have everyone elses by the look of these reviews.

Grass mats extremely poor quality. …

Bought some stable mats about 8 years ago and was surprised at low reviews as mats lasted well.

I ordered 10 grass mats. Arrived rolled up by EVRI, first one opened split and ripped. Contacted them and was asked how many damaged. Opened another two and both split.

Contacted with photos explained and arranged pickup. DPD arrived a few days later. Refused to pick up. 2 collection another few days, no show or emails, finally collected on third try after I left outside house.

Despite 2 failed collections and two days waiting indoors asked for refund but refused as wasn’t the policy to issue before goods returned, despite two failed collections and two whole days wasted waiting at home.

Mats collected a week again so sent a chaser again, refund issued 30 days after purchase.

Not great product or service. I gave two stars as a one star would have refused refund.

I originally gave 1 star because I was having lots of problems. Purchased a patio sweeper used it and it was great. However i could not get replacement brushes so effectively useless . But after a lot of messages via ebay and B&Q I finally today got 2 sets of replacement brushes that do fit - it took 3+ months to sort out. I have now made it 2 STARS

I have spent £££s of pounds with this…

I have spent £££s of pounds with this company, I've never had problem and would have used them again had my last order gone as my previous orders did, however it didn't and I have learned that their customer service is nothing short of absolutely appalling, I ordered and paid for stable mats on 23/4/25 which was sent in 6 separate parcels, I only received 5, tracking shows I received 5, after many phone calls and emails which are now being ignored I still don't have the missing mats. Company told me to check my garden to see if it had been left somewhere....think I'd have noticed a 6x4 mat lying somewhere it shouldn't, I have another 2 stables to matt when ready but I won't be using this mob now!

Orderd 2 x 15mm Rubber Crumb Floor…

Orderd 2 x 15mm Rubber Crumb Floor Tiles On sunday delivery recived on thursday even though i opted for 5-6 days free delivery + it was a bank holiday on monday.
Supper happy with the product and delivery time.
(Only thing was no email sent that it had been shipped)
Was not home but Evry left a note saying they left it in a safe place :-)

I am giving 2 stars as the product

I am giving 2 stars as the product, when correctly delivered, is very good, the reduction in stars is due to the service and experience. The main issue, we ordered via B&Q and the delivery was scheduled. Completely the wrong prodcut was delivered. I had to write too many messages to explain this. There was no real feeling that they were sorry, it almost felt that this issue was not unusual. We now have the correct product.

Poor customer service and damaged order

Didn't send order until i chased. The order was then damaged and sent back to sender by courier. When the order was received it was very poorly packaged and damaged. They where slow to reply to emails throughout and where not helpful, and have never came back to me when i contacted them about receiving damaged product.

The Range's system is not the most intuitive, it means the customer has to contact The Range, who then contact us, so it can cause a bit of a delay. The customer has also emailed us directly to resolve. A full refund has been issued now and customer informed.

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent out but when I contacted Ark they apologised and immediately sent out the correct item. The mat is excellent quality and I am very pleased.

Disgraceful

Would not even give them 1 star if possible.

Ordered artificial grass from this company.

First of all the grass was delayed, due to the courier not receiving the order, although express delivery was paid for.

Upon inspection, the artificial grass was significantly different from the product description and photographs provided in the eBay listing.

Specifically, the listing stated the grass pile was ‘premium 40mm’ and ‘top quality’ but this was evidently far from the truth. The backing of the grass was substandard and was already disintegrating so you could see straight through it, with poor quality stitching and finishing. The density of the grass was far less than depicted in the listing images, resulting in a thin and patchy appearance when I took it out of the packaging.
The grass had been folded and due to the brittleness of the ‘backing’, it had creases that did not settle, resulting in the grass not fit for laying.
The advert stated the grass had a ‘realistic look’, ‘is immaculate’ and has ‘bounce back technology’, however even after being brushed, it was evident how thin and flat the grass was.

These discrepancies made the product entirely unsuitable for my intended purpose and do not meet the standards advertised by yourselves.

Like others have stated, scam!!

Ordered a peice of artificial grass it came folded hence the creases were so bad it was virtually impossible to remove. When opened the grass was falling out all over the place. Advertised as luxury. Certainly wasn't. Insult to injury was the cost to send back. Never again. Customer service was awful
