We researched the web to find, in our minds, the best face mask to wear during COVID. We found Argo industries who seemed to have just the right mask for us. We bought one set for my wife and we’re very pleased with the fit, the comfort and the protection. We have now purchased a set for me. One slight criticism is that on the web order form you can only purchase 1 set or 5 sets, or a greater number, so to purchase 2 sets means double the postage. Michael Davis

Excellent quality, very comfortable to wear and quick service.

Prompt delivery and exactly what I was expecting. Comfortable and adjustable with a good nose clip to prevent spec fogging and slippage.I won't be wearing them for a while as I don't plan to mix with people until both my husband and I are fully vacinated but they are there ready for when I do eventually venture out. Being reusable is of great importance to me as I do not want to use single use products.

Great service. Phoned with a query about the FFP2 washable masks, was rung back within a short time and details fully and carefully gone through.

I have used the Nano Silver mask for a few weeks now and find them absolutely brilliant, I wear glasses and was always fogging up with the disposable masks,then tried the Nano Silver and have never looked back, no more fogging. They are extremely comfortable, light and adjustable, you can wear them all day and not realise you are wearing it, and work out cheaper than the disposable masks, another thing is I feel safer with this mask. Cannot recommend the mask and this firm enough, would definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service from Jonathan, the MD of this business. Such a pleasure to feel valued as a customer. Specifically wanted re-usable FFP2 masks for air travel requirements. These are extremely comfortable and easy to adjust. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 of the black reusable nanosilver masks. Ordering was easy and delivery reasonably fast. When I tried the mask initially, I was very pleased with the comfortable fit, however, when I wore it for the first time I realised that the soft inner fabric layer was being pulled towards my nostrils everytime I was breathing in, which I found somewhat suffocating, not literally but just as a sensation... If this does not bother you, it may be a very good mask, unfortunately, I find this definitely annoying and even a little unsettling, so won't be able to use them and have wasted £27.50.

I was really impressed by the team at Argo industries and the customer service I received. My masks did not arrive (or more likely got whipped after delivery as I live in a large block of flats with one postbox!). John and his team got on the matter quickly and kindly sent some replacements to me without hesitation. The masks themselves are excellent and fit well. They offer a great level of covid protection. I would very much recommend the product and the seller.

I work in a post office and I asked our customer where he got his face mask he was wearing from and he said from his company. Oh! I thought wow, because they looked so good, he kindly give us a couple of samples to try! They were fantastic, comfortable, fitted well, easy to wear durable and look nice. My husband who works at Dyson tried the ones I bought and wears his all the time! Fabulous product everyone, highly recommended

I work in the NHS, and have to attend meetings within my trust. My job entails wearing a ffp2 mask all day and as you can guess these become irritating so I dont like wearing them to meetings.
Now I can wear a comfortable mask, fully compliant, to meetings, and can answer challenges about being compliant re social distancing etc.

I originally got the white FFP2 masks, they were great, washed well, comfortable etc. the only downside was they were white and quickly showed the dirt from my "working" hands. Problem solved.. they now have black ones, that also have the added ability to adjust the tightness using the toggles.

-Comfort level 100/10
-No plastic/sweat mix smell
-No slipping off the nose when speaking
-my ears thank you for the adjustable touch.

I have been hesitant to buy longer lasting masks because I never believe they are doing much to protect - only cover. Jonathan, who I class as a friend now, has been refreshing not only for the work he’s put in in delivering PPE at such a large scale but also providing reassurance for those looking to make small purchases. The information on the PPE life span was really eye opening especially given the current climate and as we all know wearing PPE is not comfortable. When you run a restaurant and are trying to discuss dietary requirements or suggestions my biggest hate is the pull on my ears and the slip off my nose when speaking. Argo’s washable masks are certainly the best in the business. When Jonathan first showed me a prototype the nano silver stitching caught my eye. I knew instantly they meant business. Knowing silver kills bacteria, fungi and certain viruses I was sold. My next query was how long do they last and durability. The material is soft and the stitching impenetrable; machine washable and an average life span of around 60 days (possibly more should you look after it). More importantly no more popping into the petrol station to buy a flimsy polyester mask for £1.00 only for the string to snap off whilst placing it around my ear!! Finally, feel - especially on my ears and nose. The metal strip that is malleable and pinches at the top of the nose is the most solid one in a mask I have felt till date and the adjustable pieces on the ears have relieved so much tension I never thought such small detail can go a long way. The comfort test passed with flying colours but that’s not even the best part. Now I know I WILL purchase more no doubt, but with my next order I have been told I can have my restaurant logo stitched in. How bloody smart would that be for me and my staff?! These little personal touches that Argo are going out of their way to offer deserves the recognition. Thank you Jonathan and thank you Argo. Can’t fault a single thing, quality bit of kit.

Excellent customer service and great masks. Small problem with delivery delay. Very prompt response to email - phoned by the owner within minites and problem sorted. Would happily use again.

The masks arrived the day before expected delivery which was great. I ordered the Washables for my employees and they much prefer them to the previous disposable masks I was purchasing from another site. Quick delivery and comfortable 10/10.

Argo have been fantastic, extremely prompt delivery and good customer service. The mask quality was far superior to any competitors as I found with some other companies their surgical masks fell apart however Argo's were perfect - totally recommend!

Absolutely awful customer service I have sent more than 4 emails as my mums face masks have not arrived after 2 weeks they don’t answer phone either my mum is 80 years old this should be dealt with never buying anything else my mum won’t go out until these arrive
