Ordered the clip on lenses; arrived broken. Contacted company via email, outlook said could not be sent. Telephone Mrs J Connelly who said she would give me a personal email and could I send her a photograph which I did immediately. Emailed her again but still no response
Scam site - avoid! Took my money, claimed item dispatched but tracking link doesn't work and email address for queries bounces back. Now waiting for 30 days to pass so I can raise a dispute via my card provider.
Update: item arrived but is clearly fake, in plain packaging with photocopied instructions, and looks cheaper than the genuine item I bought as a replacement elsewhere.
Received counterfeit product in unbranded packaging. Not as described. Tried to contact company and no response. Their business email was returned as non-existent. Buyer beware!
Mrs j Connelly is a scam artist ,tells lies that goods are dispatched and given false tracking numbers do not use this company
Feeling like a scam at the moment; two months since ordering, no replies to email, generic chatbot replies...avoid.
Ordered a present which arrived far too late. Turns out it was actually a fake product too.
The email address given to request a return just bounes.
Took a week to dispatch the item. 9 days later no sign and the tracking link did not work. Emailed them and it got rejected. Got on the chat and eventually told oh it may have been damaged. If I had not chased up I doubt I would have heard anything
Appalling slow service and terrible lack of comms. Will never go near them again. I should add the person on the chat did not have a nice tone either.
Got a refund in the end
Placed an order May 31. Item still not delivered. No response from company to two enquiries.
Company has now responded and will redeliver item.
