The bag was perfect but the box broken
The bag was perfect, and I really love it. However: the shipment information is slow. It arrived within a week (which is OK!) but it took several days for them to send an email that my order was processed. Also: the packaging needs to be better. My bag came in a broken brown regular box. Other companies have nicer packaging and cute hand written notes + their own autenticity cards.

delayed delivery
Although it was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days, it took 11 days for me to receive the item. It was a gift for my wife's birthday but it didn't arrive on time and it wasn't pleasant. Nothing to complain about the item, very beautiful and of high quality exactly as described. That's why I gave you 2 stars but I was very disappointed with the delivery.

The Fendi spy bag I purchased was…
The Fendi spy bag I purchased was supposed to be in “very good condition” but it missed one of the lids on the lipstick compartment. You could see it in the pictures if you looked closely but I missed it. I wish it had been pointed out in the description as a missing lid is not a missing “accessorie”. I contemplated long time whether to keep the bag or not because of this but decided to keep it in the end as it is still beautiful.

Hard to get return shipping label
The package arrived quickly but was a bit broken from the corner. Luckily the item inside was ok. The ordered product was as described but not suitable for the purpose I bought it and that is why I wanted to make a return.
Very frustrated for waiting for the company to respond to my return request. Three days have gone and no response from the e-mail address that handles return shipping labels.
I have ordered before and have been very satisfied.
I hope my email will be answered soonest and I can return the bag in the promised return period.

Easy shopping experience
Found a purse and was enamoured with it. Went through the pics in detail and it was on sale so ordered it online. Easy online system, lots of payment options. Shipping was quick and payment of extra duties was easy as well. Was a little disappointed that the actual purse appears a bit dirty and will need a good cleaning which is why the 4* rather than 5, but the experience was good and they supplied a dust bag that I wasn’t expecting either so that was a plus.

A little bit underwhelming
The experience is a little bit underwhelming.
UPS delivery: As usual, the delivery man didn't rang at home, as I was there and I had to go to the delivery point to have my parcel. STOP WORKING WITH UPS!
My purchase: the bag smells musty, it is in worth condition than describe, I find it expensive for this poor condition. The authenticity card I find inside the bag is not the one of the bag...
The only plus side is the option to pay in installments.
