Great Customer Service!

I accidentally broke a cable from my Arctic Freezer cooler. I contacted support and they sent me a new one at no cost. Jessica was amazing. It's nice that Arctic has good customer service and that their products are also high quality.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service from Lucas at the Arctic Support team! I was missing thumb screws for my AIO pump, and Lucas was very quick to help me and sent out new screws to me free of charge. Now my build is complete, and the Arctic Liquid Freezer 420mm is a BEAST :)

High quality products as well, will definitely continue with Arctic products in the future!

I’m really impressed with Arctic’s…

I’m really impressed with Arctic’s customer service! I reached out about a mounting kit for an older Intel CPU, and they responded very quickly with a clear solution. To my surprise, they even sent the kit completely free of charge. No hassle, just fast and friendly support. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and care these days. Highly recommended!

Arctic shop prices

Not a review on the product itself, more on Arctic shop:
I bought another refurbished cooler.
I was looking at refurbished coolers in Arctic shop, decided to buy one but needed to check the case to see how big would fit inside. I got the info about the case the next day, when i wanted to buy that refurbished cooler the prices were 30% higher than the day before, no warning, no gradual increase, boom, just 30% up in 24 hours.
I saw an interview from Computex 2025, Arctic representative stated that every cent they save benefits the customer. I disagree.
30 % overnight price increase for refurbished goods is not customer friendly. I could almost get a new cooler from Thermalright or other brand in that price range.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. One of the fans in my Arctic Liquid Cooler II AIO died, so I contacted Arctic, who replied within 24hrs and had a replacement sent (free of charge) out to me straight away, which arrived within 4 working days.

Great after sale service.

Except that the Arctic Liquid freezer 3 420 was amazing as product, accidentally, i broke the VRM fan. When i contact with Arctic to ask if i can buy a new one, because it was my fault that broke, they send me a new one with no cost. The after sales service of this company is amazing. The best company i ever deal with.

Amazing customer service

I have every PC of my house with their AIOs and their fans, their customer service is a 100/100, I wanted to buy a replacement for the copper part of the pump of one of my AIOs (LF II 240) and they sent me a service kit for free, they are amazing in every level <3

Amazing products with a very good…

Amazing products with a very good Price/quality setting. Whether you choose an air cooler or watercooling, you never miss with Arctic !

Also take a look into their thermal pastes; these are of very high quality. My preferences are MX-4 and MX-6.

MX-6 for ultimate transfer performance and MX-4 for all mainstream cases and very easy application.

Finally the extra fan (air cooling) on the water block provides extra cooling for the components around it, while being fully quiet.

A+ brand ! Recommended !

Customer Service is amazing

I reach out to Arctic support because I had lost the AM5 mounting hardware that came with my Liquid III 420 AIO, and within 5 hours of creating my support ticket, the replacement mounting hardware had already left their warehouse in Germany and was on it's way to me. The speed with which they were able to solve my issue was amazing, I was very impressed and am definitely now a loyal Arctic customer, as they stand behind their products even when it is my fault and not theirs!

Problem with magnet on VRM module

I had problem with Arctic Liquid Freezer III A-RGB VRM module. One of the magnets was not working. After contacting support it took only couple of days for them to answer. Simon from Arctic was extremly professional, fast and pleasant. He asked me what the problem was. After I presented video of a problem and my invoice, replacement module was on its way to me. Only a week later I received replacement free of charge and now my cooler is complete. All in all it was extremly pleasant experience and I have to say only great things about support, their speed and professionalism.

Amazing Customer Support

I recently purchased the Arctic Liquid Freezer III and was initially disappointed to find it wasn't compatible with my CPU socket. However, my experience with Arctic's customer support completely turned this around. Despite not selling the compatibility kit in Switzerland, they promptly sent me one free of charge. Thanks to their excellent service, I'm now enjoying my new cooler without any issues.

The cooler itself is fantastic—my computer stays cool even during long gaming sessions. I'm incredibly impressed with both the product and the support, and I'll definitely consider Arctic for future component purchases. Thank you, Simon and the Arctic team!

Support experience

VRM fan of my LF III 420 has started to rattle.
Support immediately sent me replacement without need to return the faulty one. 5 stars for resolving issue in most comfortable way for customer.

Cooler is ok but why is there not a manual inside the box. Why would you "cheap out" and make your customers waste time logging in/out scanning QR codes?. Why do you also assume that people are connected to the internet 24/7?.

Arctic Freezer AIO Compatibility Issue

Recently purchased an Arctic Freezer III AIO but I didn't notice it would not fit due to the built-in M.2 motherboard heatsink.

Contacted support, provided proof of purchase for both the motherboard and the AIO, and Arctic sent over one of their new M.2 heatsinks, so that I could forgo the use of the built-in one but still take advantage of cooling for the SSD in that slot.

Support was quick, friendly, and resolved the issue! Both the AIO and the M.2 heatsink are really high quality as well, so I'm pretty happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a mounting kit for a Freezer…

I needed a mounting kit for a Freezer III cooler urgently, to make this compatible with LGA 1151 socket, this was complicated as I could not order the item directly from Arctic GMBH as they do not ship directly to the UK (as we are no longer in the EU). My only option was to order through Amazon UK, however, there was no option for Express delivery and they confirmed delivery was 15-20 working days. I telephoned Arctic GMBH support. I spoke with Andre and explained the issue, he immediately understood and resolved my issue by sending the item immediately by express delivery to the UK using DHL. Thank You Andre for your excellent support.
