Excellent Support and Lightning-Fast…

Excellent Support and Lightning-Fast Service!

I recently installed an Arctic Liquid Freezer in my new build, and the whole process went smoothly thanks to Arctic’s great design and clear instructions. The cooler fits perfectly and performs exceptionally well — my CPU temperatures have never looked better.

What impressed me the most was Arctic’s customer support. I needed an SSD heatsink, and they shipped it to me incredibly fast, straight to my door. The communication was quick, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience stress-free.

It’s rare to see a company that combines excellent products with such responsive and helpful support. Highly recommended!

Quick response, amazing service

I had lost a mounting bracket for the liquid freezer 3. I contacted support just in the off chance they would see me a new one. But the support assistant responded with the offer and shipment of the brackets free of charge. The entire interaction was quick and painless. I know I'll be buying all my CPU coolers from them.

Bought the Liquid Freezer III 360 Pro…

Bought the Liquid Freezer III 360 Pro and received a free m.2 heatsink because the motherboards stock heatsink was too tall. Support response was fast and shipping was also free, all within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the store where I bought the Arctic Freezer 36 Black, so I reached out to Arctic support directly. They were absolutely fantastic — they responded immediately and sent me the missing parts free of charge. Amazing customer service!

These guys are amazing! Support is great, very personal, very polite, they did everything to solve my problem! ARCTIC is a great brand and I enjoy all of their products that I use and was never disappointed!

I accidently cut the cable on my arctic liquid freezer iii 240 argb, the all in one cable for the cpu header. I contacted Arctic de and they send me a new one free of charge. ty again for all the help

I ordered cooler and lga 1151 mounting…

I ordered cooler and lga 1151 mounting kit. Mounting kit didn't work as well as expected and guide didn't help. Mounting kit broke while I tried to install it just like guide told me to. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and kind. They sent me new mounting kit and gave guidance how it should be installed. Original guide told to tighten screws fully but support said they don't have to be fully tightened. Customer support said that I did everything right first time so I think mounting kit provided in their website is misleading. After all I have cooler installed and it works well.

I've bought an Arctic liquid freezer…

I've bought an Arctic liquid freezer III 420 and I'm very satisfied with it.
Also, I had an issue with M.2 Ssd heatsink and Arctic provided it to me absolutely free of charge.
Also, I wanted to apply push-pull mode on my AIO and I asked their support could they send me longer screws for the additional fans and they did it.

Top Service

After telling them that I would like to replace my cooling plate and 1 screw for my Liquid Freezer II 360 ARGB and asked for the price, they sent me 4 screws and a Replacement Kit for free! O . O
Awesome! With such an outstanding customer experience in the back I did not hesitate and ordered my LF III 360 ARGB Pro. Such a great Customer Service experience. Highly recommend Arctic, they do not leave you alone after the sale!

Arctic, malfunction of one of the aio argb fans.

Arctic, I contacted customer support on July 7, after almost a year of using an Arctic Freezer ARGB AIO, which suddenly began to have a problem with the lighting on one of the fans. The support was quick, and they responded in just under 24 hours with a certain (refreshing) emphasis. I asked the relevant questions and received satisfactory answers, including purchase documentation and video images. They estimated the time it would take to process the request, which was about 10 business days. Just two days later, on July 11, they contacted me again for information on the shipping address for the replacement part for my AIO. I responded promptly, and after exchanging emails, my replacement fan was shipped on the same date via DHL courier from Germany. I received my replacement on July 18. I installed it and verified its functionality. I contacted customer support again and thanked them for their professional and prompt assistance. Arctic, you are TOP! Thanks again!

AMAZING customer support

This customer support is absolutely GOATED. I had bought a liquid freezer iii aftermarket, and didn't get any standoffs with, so I contacted support and now some are on my way. Not to mention the insane price to performance for theese products,

I definitely reconmend buy arctic.

Good products and good service

Good products and good service, what else do we want?

I started mounting ARTIC fans some time ago and I am very happy. Top quality/price.

Recently one of them failed. I opened a ticket to support and, kindly, Lucas sent me one. Great Lucas.

grateful

i am so grateful , beacause they send me some amd basic motherboard screw for my artic freezer 36 a-rgb cooler, and now i can use it.
My Cpu now: 36C / then: 56C.
game play temp: now 50-70C / then: 89C.

Excellent long term product support as well as customer support

I own a 10 year old Arctic Liquid Freezer and just set up a new PC. The cooler wasn't compatible with my new CPU socket but I thought I'd email Arctic, with little hope, since they seem to sell adapters for their site. Lucas from support has been very, very informative and helpful in finding a suitable adapter for my use case, even from 3rd party websites since Arctic doesn't stock something for my specific use case. I am very thankful and wish all companies had as good customer support. I appreciate that their product, especially one that has a pump is working 10y later, and they are keen to help me continue using it instead of it turning into e-waste.

I had some issues with my Liquid Freezer

I had some issues with my Liquid Freezer II 240, so I contacted customer support, and Jessica handled my case with great kindness and professionalism. Even though I live in Italy, she took care of everything, and after a few repair attempts, she arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me.

Compliments for the professionalism and the quick response to emails.
