I can't praise the customer service I received from this company enough. There was a very small issue with my purchase and the company dealt with it extremely promptly and professionally. I truly felt like a valued customer. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Arbor Garden Solutions and will be using them again. I want to add a huge thank you to Karolina who was my wonderful point of contact throughout.

Great value and great quality.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Very quick response to bespoke enquiry which was helpful. Installation took about 45 minutes or so and was straightforward when following the provided link to guidance.
The bench is robust and solid, really pleased.

I have been struggling to find a web…

I have been struggling to find a web site that could provide a bespoke Pergola to my required specification. I am very pleased to find Arbor Gardens Solutions and even more satisified with the items received and process of purchasing & delivery.

Rustic table and bench

Our table arrived within the estimated time.
The table and chairs are very sturdy and not too difficult to assemble.
The holes for the screws were pre drilled which was handy I would have liked the corresponding holes to be pre drilled as well. Might sound a bit picky but that is the only gripe.
We order the benches with backs but we rather like them without.
All in all very happy.

You’re the best in the UK! Your company is reliable and trustworthy. I bought three ready-made wooden decks from you, and the quality is outstanding — very solid with thick, durable wood.

My husband and I have already installed all three decks and oiled them as well. We even had some wood left over because we shortened one of the decks, so we decided to build a small deck at the front of the house for a bench and flowers.

Everything looks absolutely beautiful. We are extremely happy with the result!
