Ordering was easy and product turned up earlier than advised, however quality of product and especially instructions were poor. I can handle self assembly, but when pre-drilled holes are in the wrong place, or not there at all, and things appear to be cut to the wrong size????

High quality work bench. I was advised it was being delivered on a Saturday so was surprised to get a call on the Friday night advising the driver was 10 mins away. All that said I was free and able to take the delivery. Would have been an interesting chat had I not been available as I feel it may have counted towards my “missed” delivery. All that said, I was free and assembled myself the next day without any issues. Nice solid bench.

The art bench was delivered in bigger sections than expected and was very quick and simple to assemble.

Ordered prior to a holiday and contacted them to ask if it could be delivered before or after the trip. Person I spoke to was very helpful and item was delivered day before we went away so excellent. Haven’t had time to build it yet but the quality looks very good and driver who delivered was helpful.
