Would give 0 stars if I could. Again disgusted with the service. Package thrown over the fence, in full view of street. There is a large letterbox, which was completely ignored. I am lucky the pa... See more

Horrible customer service, even through amazon. Worst I've ever experienced with any service.

Delivered to another address. When I complained the photo didn't match my house, they took a week to respond but only to ask if I'd found it yet! Eventually found it 4 doors down.

Had a delivery of safety shoes from StitchKraft.
Driver upon seeing my 80 meter long driveway made no attempt to deliver saving time by just dropping a "Couldn't Deliver" card into the letter box.
My Mother in Law meanwhile was home all day. Plus there is plenty of safe areas around the house to leave a parcel.
Apprantly it is a agent who works on the Mornington Peninsula.
I would boycott any company who uses this poor service.

Ordered a drum set. I was told it’ll be here in 7 days, 7 days pass and they say it’ll be here in another 4 days, 4 days pass and it says it’s delayed up to 48 hours. 48 hours pass and they say it’ll be here within 3 days, 3 days pass and after a phone call to them (they were rude) and 3 emails they decide to tell me my package is missing. How do you lose a whole drum kit??
Update: they found the drum kit, I assume they were too lazy to scan it in at the depot. They’d said they’ll get it delivered urgently 2 days ago, mustn't be urgent because it’s still not here 🤦♂️

I was expecting delivery while my partner was home all day. They lied and insisted that they could not deliver. I submitted a complaint and asked them to properly deliver next time I have not heard back anything. And we had the next time. They did the same thing again under the exactly same circumstances. Other courier such as Auspost had no problem delivering goods. I just don't know exactly what is wrong with these people. If I have a choice I would avoid them.

What a shame the minimum is one star... This is absolutely THE WORST delivery service I have ever used!! I've had over 15 deliveries by them and every one is late or delayed in someway. Today for example, my parcels status has been on "out for delivery" for 5 days!! Its absolutely unacceptable especially considering I paid for express delivery!!! An absolute joke of a company.

Would have given 0 if it was available waiting 13 days to receive a parcel still waiting no tracking information rang company only to be told maybe another 3 days was being sent within Australia operator told me he would update tracking well that didnt happen either. Try not to purchase from anyone that uses Aramex & was told by sending company when I rang that they use Australia post so not happy with them either

Do not purchase from any company that uses Aramex Riverina for delivery. Their service has been extremely incompetent.
I live on a farm, so all of my parcels are delivered to the post office using Australia Post’s PO Box Plus service, which specifically allows third-party freight companies to deliver parcels there.
Aramex refused to deliver my parcel to the post office, despite this being an approved delivery option. They also refused to allow me to collect the parcel from their Griffith depot. Instead, I was told I would need to travel to Young to collect it — approximately 2 hours and 34 minutes away (229km).
As I have no alternative delivery address available, I agreed for the parcel to be returned to the company I purchased from. The company has since confirmed they will resend it through Australia Post instead.
However, 4 days later, Aramex is still repeatedly requesting an alternative delivery address, despite already being informed there isn’t one available and that the parcel is to be returned to sender.

Worst couriers in Australia! Each time a sender uses Aramax for something I ordered online, my parcel NEVER gets delivered. I wait in ALL day each time I'm expecting my delivery but then at the end of the day I get a message "Attempted Delivery" THE COURIER MADE NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER - I WAS HOME ALL DAY! He did not knock, buzz or even leave my parcel - just took it to a collection point. The couriers are effectively being paid to drive around all day, make no attempt to deliver and then just drop of all their parcels at a collection point. Absolutely no care and absolutely no customer service. I have no idea how they are still in business. Any company/sender that uses Aramax couriers do not care about customer service and/or their customers! I will NEVER EVER order anything online again by a company/sender that uses Aramax! Much rather Australia Post! Worst couriers in Australia!
Once again, a generic response (below) from Aramex that is their standard reply to ALL bad reviews. How about you actually do make positive change and employ couriers who are willing to do their job instead of just giving a stock standard generic response. You absolutely do not care about customer service and all the bad reviews - otherwise you would make positive change!

How are they in business!! Twice in a row now I've had deliveries take take nearly two weeks to arrive from only 1.5hours away!
Their support is pointless. They have a 48hour review time! Last time I rang they couldn't figure out where my package was. Currently one appears to be missing again!
Absolute joke of a business!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address - the wrong street number in the same street when the label clearly showed the correct number. Luckily my neighbour delivered it. He isn't being paid to do their job and I'm resent paying for poor service.

I'll try post a negative review again without it getting rejected!!!!
Ok so I'll keep it simple.... Worst courier company EVER.
Simple.

Very bad service if I have 0 marks option I give 0 mark .

Says out for delivery almost a week now. No delivery, no update. What company says they will deliver but doesn't?

Reply from Aramex
Why is there no zero star option? Aramex were to delivery a package from THe USA but "lost" it after customs. Three weeks later after chasing them up they "found" it. It was then listed in transit for a another two weeks after which they said a delivery was attempted. Some two weeks later in arrived in a Auspost parcel. These are the worst operators in the industry: unreliable, untruth and they (and me) would probably be better off if all they did was to just repackage into Auspost parcels.

There is no zero star option, this company delivery service is laughable. My parcel has just gone in to unable to deliver status, and I have been given an option to rebook delivery and there may be a charge of $5.50.
There has been no attempt to deliver this parcel today.
Moving forward if a company uses Aramex as there delivery company I will not be ordering from that company.
This is not my first bad experience, just the first time I am documenting it.

Any company that uses Aramex deserves every refund, chargeback, and furious customer complaint it gets. Aramex is not a courier service, it’s a business-risk delivery system. Parcels vanish into excuses, support is useless, drivers are unreliable, and nobody takes responsibility for anything. Choosing Aramex to save a few dollars is not cost-cutting, it’s contempt for your customers. Use them, and don’t act shocked when people stop trusting your business.

This has been the worst shipping company I’ve had to deal with. The level of customer service is extremely poor, and in many cases, completely nonexistent.
I’ve had to call multiple times just to get the same basic information, and each time I’m met with inconsistent answers. Most of the representatives seem unsure of what they are doing and are unable to provide clear updates on where my parcels are.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and highly unprofessional.

Have had several deliveries by Aramex and have even asked companies to send via Aramex because I know I’ll get fast delivery. I live in rural Queensland, and products I buy from NSW arrive on the second day of dispatch.
Thanks Aramex Australia

Everytime I order from Amazon they either use Australia post which is fantastic, or aramex. EVERY SINGLE TIME my package is damaged, crushed and even showing signs of water damage. STOP USING ARAMEX AMAZON!!!
