The delivery person sent the text in my whatsapp and called silenced voice call, when I woke up and see the missed call i called back, I gently greet with a good morning and asked may I know who is this. He told me check your WhatsApp ( never said anything apart from this and hang up the call), when he was delivering the package (no smiling face, not greeting back) not explaining anything, took photo of the delivery place and left.
Please train your staff about service quality

Aramex-Worst parcel delivery company EVER.Took them over a month to deliver my parcel from NSW.I have gotten parcels from China quicker than this company.I sent numerous emails and never got any real updates. NEVER use them unless you are desperate. If I could give a zero star rating I would.😡

Before you purchase a product online, find out who the carrier will be, if the say Aramex, buy elsewhere. It could take up to 3 months before you receive it.

Please don't use this company, they do not care of customers, it has taken 3.5 weeks to get a small A5 packet wheing about 20 grams to come to Victoria from Queensland. No communication until my self and company who send me the part for water tap( it was a rubber O Ring). The company must be running by bunch of uneducated idiots who has no idea they are shitting or standing.
Please if you like you parcel to receive on time please please please DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

I was sitting on my couch this morning when I got an email saying delivery was attempted. NO ONE RANG MY BELL. No one attempted anything. It’s absolutely outrageous that your company and your drivers keep getting away with this. Charging businesses for delivery and not even bothering, it’s a scam to get your delivery numbers up higher without putting any work in. It’s a disgrace. Provide an explanation please.

My first parcel was picked up 19/4/2026
Today is 7/6/2026 still no parcel. After countless calls and emails I still have no package. Second package 14/5/2026 sent again still no delivery. I now ask all sellers please don’t use this service as they just politely say sorry but do nothing to resolve the matter. Very poor

The most incompetent delivery service I have ever had to deal with. Needless to say my parcel after several weeks has not arrived.The tracking system when it works is stuck in the never never between Melbourne and Toowoomba.
I tried to ring Aramex 27 times and the call just kept dropping out. The recorded message said to email Aramex .com.au and put your tracking number in. I did this and result was cannot be connected. No my internet is not broken as I can reach other sites. It is just Aramex that is the dud.

Tragic service and tracking. Tracking was incorrect and when contracted, I was told I'll get it when I get it. I phoned back and they couldnt tell me where the package was, just that I would get it within their timelines. Appalling excuse for a logistics company.

Multiple times Aramex have issues with delivery. No other delivery service has problems except them, the 1st delivery I was not home, I didn’t even know it was coming. I went onto the site to book a new delivery, a calendar Pops up and ask you what day would you like it delivered I chose the 21st as I would need to take the day off work, I chose the 21st and they came on the 18th, I rang and complained and they said they would re-deliver on the 21st. I stayed home from work and nobody came.but I get told they attempted delivery and I was not home. I live in an apartment block that has an intercom that registers every single call. They did not call on the 21st. Now they want me to pay five dollars for re-delivery or they’re going to send the parcel back to the supplier.

Well what goes right with this company ,had terrible experience last time with delivery and guess what i didn't know this company i purchased from use Aramax because i would not of bought from them, just spoke too someone on the phone just asking for update on delivery and told them i know it has to be sorted in the warehouse for delivery , but my question was it stated on there tracking system once it hits Perth depot it will be delivered in next 24 hrs but i did say i know it arrived on a Friday before long weekend so when will it be today or Wednesday , then to get told it will be Friday or next week PATHETIC AGAIN how does this company still keep going , ie cheap rates i guess and it shows again PATHETIC SERVICE i would never tell anyone to use this company , as i said before last experience was dreadful.but as we know nothing will change .

Booked a parcel pickup 15 days ago and after 7 working days the parcel was still sitting there waiting. I called and messaged multiple times and never received the callbacks I was promised. They could never contact the driver as he only ever had voice mail on.
Because of the delay and complete lack of communication, I had to refund my customer a substantial amount of money and have likely lost that customer permanently.
To make matters worse, when I finally called asking for a shipping refund, I was told the parcel “wasn’t ready” two days earlier despite me previously being told they would contact me with updates, which never happened. By that stage I had already refunded my customer 3 days earlier because the situation had dragged on so long.
Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for the failed pickup.
As a small business owner, this kind of service is unacceptable. Delays happen, but ignoring customers, failing to communicate and then refusing refunds after not providing the service is incredibly poor.
PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T EVER USE Aramex. I thought Courier Please was bad enough but these clowns leave them in the dust

Very poor service.. my courier was opened at custom. And all the spicy leaked and dirtied my new clothes... Took 20 days to got my courier delivered from india to london... NEVER EVER PARCEL WITH ARAMEX

I’m waiting for my parcels it been hold at Perth aramex depot about 2 weeks now I’m asking if I can pick up till now no reply at my email I will not recommend every one to use this company they should not being this kind business if can’t deliver customers parcels on time they website not updated also let me know or update when be delivery they have my email address and my mobile no it is not hard I’m not happy call 3x no luck I swear ppl please don’t use this company they just ignore me my parcel sat at Perth depot over 3 weeks no one bothered to call or let me know

I ordered a parcel from an online Instagram post, it came from Yun Express China and then to Aramex, to be delivered to me in a regional town in Country Victoria. It arrived at a depot in Geelong (an hr away from me) sat there for over a week, then it was returned to the sender in Sydney!! I provided a screen shot of the tracking, highlighting the returned to sender details. It has been over 8weeks since my order was placed and I am still arguing with the supplier trying to get a refund as they say the courier said it was delivered to me! This is not the first time Aramex has returned to sender a parcel after sitting for a week in Geelong, citing they do not deliver to my town, why are they accepting deliveries if the don’t deliver to regional towns??

Multiple times when companies choose to use Aramex I have issues with delivery. No other delivery service struggles to find my location, but I get told they attempted delivery and they are unable to find my location? This is at the same time as me being at home the whole day, no one ringing my door bell or approaching my door (I have a ring doorbell which records) nor did I receive any phone calls to my phone, where I can assist them or meet them on the street if they are having issues finding me.

I have now received two attempted deliveries for the same package when I work from home with cameras proving that are not actually coming to my house, no calling cards left and contacted them to re-send I never get the notifcations and then attempted delivery - still after 6 weeks I do not have the package and I rang them and its in the depot ?
