Very disappointed with this service
Very disappointed with this service. Have been a customer several years now and coming to near the end of my policy this year and to update my new address they have tried to charge me a fee of €65. Absolute disgrace. Will be looking elsewhere for my renewal quote after this experience.

I had a very positive experience with Arachas (CraftInsure) after my boat was damaged- rope snapped, bow hit the jetty. Paul and Owen were both excellent to deal with—professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I felt well supported from start to finish. Highly recommend their service.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Sinead at Arachas. I needed to insure a car I had just purchased, and she managed to arrange everything within a couple of hours so I could collect it without delay. As an added bonus, the new car was more affordable to insure than my old one, so I also received money back. Efficient, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process
