I wanted to say thanks very much for Conor Duffy to help me with my taxi insurance 2 years ago where I was struggling to find a insurance company as a first time taxi driver.
Since then I been working with Conor it has been almost 2 year. Even this time on my third year he still provided me a good discount rate.
I would like to thank him for providing excellent service, friendly approach and always getting back to my email and call me.

The speed and efficiency with which Arachas handled my renewal was impressive. I was expecting an increase in the premium but it turned out to be a decrease. Strongly recommended

Realised very quickly that something wasn’t right with policy quote and sorted immediately.

Isabelle Mullane was extremely helpful. She was proactive in looking to find the best option for me.

I had a few issues with my household renewal that needed addressing.I was lucky to deal with a team member whose name is Sandrine.All my queries were dealt with so efficiently & with courtesy & good humour.She also put forward her own suggestions to assist which resulted in immediate renewal. In my view Sandrine is some asset to Arachas.

Call was processed to a very high standard with excellent follow up service as a consequence of system going down.. well done

I've been renewing all my insurances (house and cars) with Arachas because I find dealing with Sinead Swayne a pleasure. I always ask for her when I ring up to renew because I feel since I've been dealing with her for a number of years, she's the one I trust.

I am moving back to Ireland and was desperately trying to get insurance on the house I bought before having to go back to the US for a work job for a few weeks; the house is listed so a bit complicated. I was lucky enough to have my call answered by Louise Devlin who was incredibly helpful, and patient, talked me through the issues, and when we realized I didn't have some information I needed she immediately offered her direct line so that I could call her back in person as soon as I had the paperwork I needed instead of having to go back through a different agent with a new call. I honestly cannot praise her helpfulness and knowledge about the process highly enough. Thank you Louise.

in fact my experience was not great until today.
twice previously i had rung to get clarification about the new zurich policy and to renew, and twice i was told i would be rung back and wasn,t (2 days each)
today, isabelle mullane answered all my questions, was very patient, and guided me to 2 better policy options. she was exceptionally nice to deal with.

The last time I wanted to transfer my insurance to my new car and I met such a nice girl Isabelle Millane. My problem was solved in a few minutes, it was really nice conversation. And for me, as I’m not native speaker, is so precious that she speaks really legibly and patiently. Thank you!

We were completely thrown a curveball when we realised our banks in house insurance would not cover us due to the fact we were going to have our house unoccupied for a while. Everyone I spoke to before was so uninformative and dismissive until I got to Arachas. I got Louise Devlin helping me and she was brilliant, very informative and helpful, lots of emails were shared back and forth and I always got a speedy reply. When the bank wouldn't accept our first quote Louise got us another more comprehensive one which was accepted and lessened the stress on us so much. I renewed my motor insurance through Arachas today.
Hazel Tynan was the person that I spoke with and who completed my renewal.
She answered all my queries and even went and researched the answers to a couple of tricky questions that arose from my reading of my renewal documents.
Arachas have helped me to get the best motor insurance that suits my situation and circumstances at the best price.
Their customer service are some of the best that I have experienced in a long time.
