The team at aquasheild responded well to the issues I had with my static caravan relating to freeze damage. They took on board everything I told them and dealt with everything whilst I was 75miles away at home. Clean job and kept me informed replying promptly to emails and reasonably priced for work done.

No complaints and they were very professional in their communications with me.

From my initial call to the office, site visit to install every member of staff were polite, helpful and could not do enough to help. I had no boiler after it was condemned. Aquashield organised a site visit and had my boiler replacement booked in all in less than 2 weeks. Even when they had availability to install a day earlier I was called to see my availability. Excellent service from David Parks (Aquashield) came the same day to caravan boiler /shower leaks. Bypassed water leak enabling us to have heating on rescued our weekend. Parts ordered job done within a week. I would highly recommend them friendly, helpful, polite good job alround.

Aquashield have done our gas service and drain down for the last couple of years, in my opinion they are the best out there. They are reliable trustworthy and very reasonably priced, Dave perks is always available to offer his expert advice at anytime of day or night.

Just had our second service of our boiler that was an installed by this company. Service done and completed. Arrived on time. Very helpful and professional and tidy as always.

I researched Aquashield online before calling for the first time, and saw many great reviews. Weeks later, after mentioning my own difficult experience, friends and colleagues each told me of their own horror story. My boiler stopped working and I needed a new one. I took the opportunity to upgrade to a Combi. On the day of installation, an external light was knocked off the wall by the scaffolders. This wasn't mentioned to me and I noticed only after they'd left. The boiler condensate pipe was incorrectly fitted meaning that it ran uphill and would have caused the boiler to cut out. It was also situated across the loft hatch and so it wasn't possible to enter the loft without dislodging it. Due to low water pressure, I already had a pump to power my shower fitted. It was never mentioned that this would be removed and this was taken/disposed of before I could request otherwise. Mess was left in the loft and in many areas of the house. When I called to report the issues, Aquashield twice cancelled appointmens to recitify last minute and 6 weeks later eventually came to fix the broken light, incorrectly located pipework and clean up the mess left in the loft. The shower pump was never returned or replaced. All in all, a very bad experience.

Called with a leaking caravan boiler at 9:11 am Monday, sorted by 13:30 absolutely fantastic service from phone call to repair, definitely on speed dial for any future issues. Thanks to the team.

Installed a new boiler for us last October and had them out to service it on Monday. Punctual, friendly and professional, fair prices. Will continue to use aqua shield. Better service from these than the manufacturer.

Boiler service was carried out in a timely manner, only 2 weeks later though the boiler went into fault due to low pressure, called Aqua shield to see if they could come to top up the system only to be told they would charge me £89.99 for this.
Not good customer service in my mind

Sent a text message to Dave Parks last night (Saturday) around 5.30 to ask he could take a look at our neighbours combination boiler on our caravan park.

9.00 he was here the very next morning and quickly sorted it with the minimum of fuss and cost.

Excellent company and service, can’t recommend them enough.

I had to write to pass on my thanks and compliments for the work the guys from Aquashield; Harry, Tom and Jason, did at my property. It is a nonstandard build and whenever I have any work done it is never straight forward. I needed some major pipe work replacing and a new toilet fitted following the removal of some old asbestos pipes.

The Aquashield guys arrived on time and immediately got to work.
They worked constantly throughout the day, professionally and with good humour. Keeping me updated on what they were doing. They did an excellent job and cleaned up as the were going along and were here until nearly 6pm to ensure the job was completed. They are a credit to the company.

I feel very confident in contacting and using the team again.

Aqua Shield were able to rearrange the installation date to fit in around our building works and when an issue arose from the installation they sent an engineer round within ten minutes.
