How absolutely refreshing to do business with a customer focussed company. The office staff are so helpful and friendly. Craig installed our new boiler, left everything clean and tidy, explained everything that had been done and how to use thermostat. Thank you.

Tom arrived early and got straight on with the job. He fitted a new radiator and valves to quite a tricky area in a small space. Looks better than I imagined and really warms up the room. Tom was polite, kept me informed of everything and cleaned up after the job was done. I have used Aqua Shield for years. Their customer service and aftercare is first class too. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Tom 😊😊😊

We have just had our water reconnected at our caravan Jason came to do it and immediately took his boots off before reconnecting and checking all the water connections then went outside to check all the pipes he was so polite and friendly a very good job well done

Had a great experience recently with AquaShield in Hull. They came out the same day to inspect my boiler and were very professional from start to finish. I received my quotes promptly and their customer care was first rate from the ladies in the office!! Mandie and Emma guided me through the whole process with care and empathy. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were professional and friendly, clean and tidy too! The process from acceptance of quote to having the boiler fitter was exceptionally fast and we appreciate it so much!! Thankyou to everyone involved!

I used Aqua Shield to fit my new Worcester boiler and I am very pleased I did. A gas engineer called Craig fitted the boiler and he did a very professional job, he seemed to be a master of all trades,not only the fitting of the boiler,but the building and cementing were done to a good standard also the cleaning up. I am very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company, the girls in the office were also very helpful, a big thank you to all your excellent staff.

I can't praise all the team at Aquashield / Homeshield Hull enough. The office team led by Mandy were superb at answering the phone and were really understanding of my 92 year old mother's needs for quick service once her boiler was deemed beyond repair, starting with a thorough initial assessment by Alex & then a fitting of a new boiler. Craig who fitted the boiler was thorough, excellent at explaining things to my mother & left everything very clean. My mother was only without heating for 3 days and the company even lent her electric heaters. Superb service

Very thorough clean and tidy, the whole team from start to finish did an excellent job and thoroughly deserve the five stars.

From the moment Paul visited giving us honest and technical assist, through to Emma and Mandy’s back up service in guiding us along the way, plus Craig the engineer was thorough, clean and kept us involved when fitting what each component was for. From start to finish a great team involvement who I would recommend without hesitation.

Aqua Shield provided a truly exceptional service in our time of need!
We experienced a boiler leak on Friday afternoon 22.12.2023.
With no heat and a vulnerable disabled house-bound lady living with us, we were beside ourselves knowing that most gas engineers will have just finished work for the Christmas break and the likely- hood of getting an engineer out before Christmas would be near on impossible. However, Aqua Shield went above and beyond!
My family and I just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Ruby on receptance, the two engineers who mended our boiler (on the same day) and to Paul (Director) for making it all happen.
What an exceptional company with a great team who I would thoroughly recommend!

These Guys are really Super Hero's the day before Christmas Eve my boiler decided to give up leaving water running out, i tried to ring my usual company but no response then call Aqua Shield who came round within the hour stopped the water but needed a new boiler. a Surveyor called Christmas Eve and pulled out all the stops to get me sorted a few days later. Engineer's excellent very polite taking care not too much mess and cleaned up well. The girls in the office were very nice and helpful too,
So very happy and will be using Aqua Shield from now on

Our boiler stopped working on the evening of Sunday 10 December. I phoned Aqua Shield, on the recommendation of a friend, on the Monday morning & they sent a service engineer on Tuesday. This was the first time that I had used Aqua Shield. Ben, the service engineer who attended was very pleasant & friendly. He examined the boiler, diagnosed the problem & explained the situation to me. It required a part which Ben didn't have on his van but said it would be ordered & would be fitted as soon as they received it. Ben returned on the Wednesday, fitted the part, serviced the boiler & we were up & running again. Aqua Shield even went to the trouble of picking up the part from the supplier to limit the time we were without the heating as my wife & I are both in our 70's. This is great customer service. I was so impressed that I have signed a service plan with them so that in future ant problems will only require a phone call to the office.

Really pleased with the service provided by Aquashield. I had a combo-boiler replaced at a very reasonable price. The install was completed by Ian and Jason who were super friendly and left the job neat and tidy.
All the office staff that I’ve spoken to have been great, really friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend.

Fast, informative service for a new boiler.

Surveyor was very helpful and shared information on state of old boiler and gas safe report. Engineers very polite and cleaned up very well after themselves taking care throughout the installation.

I have been thinking of getting a new boiler now for a while
My parents had a boiler fitted a while back with Aquashield and they were very happy with the service
I had a quote about 5 months back and was about the price I was expecting
He gave me 3 different boiler options and different payment plans
After thinking about it for a while I made the call and was offered an install in 2 weeks
Amazing time scale and after deciding on the payment plan all agreed
The fitter turned up as planned at 9am and by 3 we had a new Worcester boiler fitted and working
I can’t believe how quiet and how hot the radiator feel now
What a huge improvement
1 month on and not a single glitch

What a fantastic company!

Boiler replacement.

I've just had a newborn baby and our boiler decided to give up! Aqua shield acted quickly and sent someone straight away to see if they could repair as we had already been without hot water or heating for over a week. (Original repair was with someone else).

Once determined we needed a new boiler we thought we would have to wait longer to get this replaced, however staff were fantastic and worked overtime on a Sunday to replace it.

Not only were the engineers quick to resolve our issue, but the ladies in the office were quick to act and provide great customer service.

The follow up to make sure we were satisfied is also a lovely touch.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
