Great customer service experience. Ordered bookcase and the first delivery mistakenly didn’t include the shelves. The customer service was very quick responding to my complaint and accommodating delivery of the missing parts. Thank you!

Received Wrong order Twice
Ordered an Eettafel on 27th September. Wrong part was delivered on 30th. It was returned after consulting with customer service. But the same items were delivered again on 7th October. Very unprofessional.
We had to repack the items twice and take holidays thrice to make sure that some one was there during collection/delivery. Received an email today that they will refund the amount after 14 days. They didn’t even have the basic decency to correct their mistake. When confronted they asked us to make a new order. Stupid company and stupid people. Avoid at all cost.

The WORST furniture shop
This is the WORST furniture shop ever existed. I received the wrong dining table. I called the customer service and they asked me to send the pictures of the description in the BOXES of the table. After that, I PACKED the table again. They replied that my table was correct, which is completely untrue. They sent mismatched table top and leg. I called them again to explain the situation, but they asked me to UNPACK the table and send them a picture of the INSIDE of the table. Packing and unpacking a BIG table is a hassle. If you need me to send the inside of the table, you should inform me in the first place when I called. Not after I packed the table. Or Just send me the correct table according to my order in the first place.
AVOID this company!

Good quality , average service
Table quality is pretty legit for the price. Customer service was a little off as there was a miscommunication for the delivery date and almost missed the delivery of the table
