Upon arrival they (two, not just one) showed at front door, discussed their plan, including interior and garage! Upon completion another face to face meeting! And they left me some extra sticky boxes for near garage doors! Best service ever!!

Our technician, Mike, is very consciencious and thorough in treating our condo. He cannot treat the back unless we are home as we only have a deck and he is always willing to change times so we will be here. He takes pictures to let us know that the bugs are not there. We are very pleased with his service.

Almost killed my dog, failed to pay vet bill
Aptive left unsecured rodenticide under a patio set in my backyard. my wife was sweeping under the chair when my small dog ate the bag. we called Aptive immediately to ask for direction thry instructed us to take the dog immediately to emergency Vet. We did. the operation manager from Aptive then called my wife and stated they would cover the vet bills However they then backed out after they said the vet did not do a toxicology report even though the vet treating my dog stated in the report that the rodenticide was found in her emesis after they induced vomiting. So not only did they almost kill my dog due to negligence they then lied and wouldn't pay the bills for her treatment. I can't tell you how frustrating this has been. do not use this company

Reliable service; courteous staff. They provide advance notice of when they're coming and they always ask about any specific issues you're having. The price is a bit higher than other local services and we did have to sign a two year contract but overall the service is good.
