Let me know what time they will be there.

Email me 2weeks ahead of treatment for mice,spiders ants. A Email week before with the time . Two days before a text reminder. Day of on way text. Left premises text.

Best Pest Control Service

Great service techs. Always ask what they need to focus on. Always take pics of everything they do and send them to you. Pests stay away inside and out. If ants become a problem in summer, they will come in a do a special treatment inside that works. I will keep using them, even in our new home in the future.

Not feeling like the job was completed for the month

My tenant was notified the truck arrived and though not home, she did get there within 10 minutes, and the truck was already gone. He didn't stay to get the inside of the house. Next time, I want a complete and thorough job while my tenant is there. No more spraying while no one is there.

Great service- bit expensive, question frequency

Great, friendly, effective service. Good communication. It has gotten more expensive like everything and it seems like they are always here though it says quarterly treatment. We have only done exterior treatment so it feels like we are overpaying.

Yellow Jackets

Did not kill the pests or slow them down. 2 trips so far and still have yellow jackets. Tech tells me I need to wait until evening or early in the morning and seal the hole. The pests are less active at this time of day. I thought I paid Aptive so I would not chance getting stung.

I had an appointment at 1 pm

I had an appointment at 1 pm. The tech showed up after 4 pm. I asked him to spray the interior of the home and out on his booties. He said he did not have any because it was not his normal truck. I asked him to spray the exterior. I don’t know how well he serviced exterior because we still have ants and spiders. Also, the interior of the house has mice droppings everywhere. I am not sure what you guys are spraying but it’s not working. I have more issues now than when I started the pest control. If you show up to do a service at someone’s home you should come prepared. So the tech packed me to reschedule the service. So now I have to be at home waiting for the tech all day again.

Run the other way much like the bugs, this is a very dishonest company.

Actually read and respond to my concerns from day one. salespeople who lie to customers face to get you to sign and when you call to complain you are told we cannot do that and if you wish to cancel that will be 199.00. Very disreputable company.
