My techican always calls to let me know when he will arrive and then sends a text when he has arrived. He asks me if I have seen any new insect activity since the last visit. He does a very good job of covering the areas that are attractive to insects and cause them to die.

After I signed up I was only keeping them 1 year. I was waiting for my anniversary date with intent to cancel. I will be renewing the contract due to the service provided. Ken, the technician has been great. He is nice, professional, and does a great job. He addresses any concerns I might have and take the time to be sure the treatment is done correctly and i am satisfied with services provided.
