Excellent website

Excellent website made it very easy to order and payment very straightforward. Delivery was very speedy.
Very pleased with my purchases too exactly as expected from the website listing.

Return postage not included

Dress was too small - took a while to arrive too. Since I have to pay for return postage it’s too expensive for me to return and try another size so I’ll go elsewhere

Apricot free returns

Love Apricot clothing but when you try to return on the ‘ Free returns’ you can’t click on the items that you want to return. In the orders section.When you contact customer service they let you know you can return it through Evri etc, but you would need to pay for this.

You can also create a free return via Royal Mail if preferred.
