I was having trouble logging into my server panel (Forgot I was paying for it until I was billed and lost the email) When I tried to access the panel from my billing login page, it kept giving me an error code and no way to reset password. Octavio was quick with a solution to help me out in less than a minute.

Laggy laggy laggy
Why offer services for other games if the servers are just awful? I've recently been playing on an ARK server with some friends, maximum of 3 people online at a time, and it's a laggy mess. All 3 of us are capable of running the game fine, but the constant lag spikes and jitters not only have set us back hours of progress at a time due to deaths that just otherwise wouldn't have happened, but are just generally not something I expect from a paid server. Please either optimise your other server options or stick to just minecraft - not that i'd gamble using this host for that either.

Apex has rock solid performance from their servers. Pricing is very competitive. The real star of the show is the support you receive. I am not very well versed in making changes to the server (uploading a new world, etc). While they have excellent tutorials on how to do everything, sometimes I still mess it up. Anytime I have reached out, support has been fast and the issue resolved. Can't say enough good things about Apex. It's just a great place to host your server!

Marco Padilla
Marco Padilla was such a big help I was talking to the bot for hours getting nowhere then they helped me and fixed my whole problem extremely fast they where nice the whole way through and they where verry patient. I almost thought i could not play but they helped and fixed the problem. They disserve a raise!
